Rachael's POV
I was scarred that's for sure. I haven't been out long but I was out long enough to find that Nico watches TRHWONJ! Everyone but Alec knows this information. As for Nico he think we don't know. We all have to use this to our advantage.
I hope things between Alec and I aren’t awkward. Of course they are going to be, but cant I have a little hope? Maybe not. It soon snapped into my realization that tomorrow we would have to go back to fighting monsters. Yes, we could stay here forever and have all the food in the world but we want to get back to our families.
It also occurred to me that just earlier today we WERE fighting these stupid creatures. This made me curious what time it was. I ran to my room seeing Nico and Kayla sitting on the couch. When I got to the room I pulled out my phone. It was 5:00 pm! It felt so much later. I decided to make an announcement.
I ran out to the middle of the living room.
“Hey! Everyone! Assemble!” To my surprise this actually worked. Kayla and Nico were already on the couch, but Alec and Nicole walked out of their rooms and sat on the couch. Nicole looked at Alec then back on me and smirked. I glared at her. I gave Alec an apologetic look and he acknowledged me with an awkward smile. Yup I knew it would be awkward. Now onto my announcement.
“I will be making dinner tonight!” Nothing. No reaction from anyone so I continued.
“Dinner will be spaghetti with a side of Mac and cheese, there will also be grilled chicken!” That got me some cheers and hoorays from everyone but Alec, well damn. Then he sat up a little straighter and raised his hand like the idiot he is.
“What is it Alec...” I sighed.
“Will there be drinks?”
“Water.”
“I want lemonade!” Not this shit again.
“WELL THEN FUCKING DRINK LEMONADE!” I retorted, a bit loudly.
“Good, good.” He said.
“Okay is everyone good with tha-”
“Will there be dessert?” Alec interrupted.
“Yes there will be dessert.” I said with no emotion in my voice. I gave him the “will you please shut up look.” He nodded to keep going so I continued.
“So, like I was say-”
“What is going to be for dessert?”
“WILL YOU JUST SHUT UP ALEC I WAS GETTING TO THAT BEFORE YOU INTURRUPTED ME!” I heard a snicker from Nicole and Kayla. I sent a glare their way.
“Sorry, jeez no need to go all PMS on my ass.”He stated.
Is he serious why is he being so annoying. I’m about to slap him. I hope he knows this. No? Well hes about to find out.
“Alec im this close to slapping you.” I pinched my fingers together.
“You wouldn’t do that you love me!” He said giving himself a hug.
Nicole being the smarticle particle she is chimed in.
“I’ve never seen her NOT do it.”
This made Alec shut his mouth and keep listening. By this point I didn’t even care if they were okay with that for dinner. If anyone cared I was making brownie sun-days for dessert. I wanted it to be a surprise and a surprise it was.

Dinner time rolled around and I was done with the chicken and the other food. There was no theme it was just a bunch of delicious food. As I was making dinner Alec came up to me and made a point to annoy me then too.
“I would rather have pizza, I am jatavious the pizza wizard after all.” He was pointing out his instagram name to me.
“Your more like Alec the annoying douchebag to me but whatever helps you sleep at night.” I retorted smirking to myself.
“Dinner is ready guys!” I shouted. Everyone came and sat at the table to eat.
