Andy stood there , her yes fixed on him . She couldn't believe what she had just heard they hadn't talk in 15 years and out of the sudden he let her know he had a ring. She needed to know more she wanted to know more but like always Jack had another plan... "hey captain have you seen my wife" knocking at the door "come in Gibson" "oh hey babe!" He said looking at Andy he could see right through her eyes she wasn't okay far from it "you okay?" "I'm fine Jack what's up?" "You forgot something this morning" "what?" "Your ring again" "I'm sorry it completely slipped off my mind I'm so sorry I'll go get them" "it's okay I have them can I talk to you for a second" "go ahead Herrera I'll talk with you later" she nodded and left his office. He watched at she spoke with Jack giving him a couple of kisses and then watching him leave she made her way upstairs then and didn't come back for hours. She went up and got into her bunk laid down and tried to fall asleep, she got interrupted an hour later by a slight knock on the door "come in" she said slightly siting up in her bed "what do you want" "okay sorry for bothering you just wanted to let you know that when your ready to talk I'll be in my office okay?" " can we talk here?" "Yeah of course" he sat down on the end of the bed his back against the wall "a ring Huh?" "Yeah" he chuckled "how did we get here?" "I have no idea I really miss you Andrea" "I miss you too rob" she sat next to him and let her head rest on his shoulder "we need to talk about it" "I know but" "theirs no but rob you got me a ring and I feel ashamed now" "look Andrea... when we meet I knew you were gonna be the one I was gonna marry one day but we left we both left and I got married after a year of you being gone because I couldn't handle being lonely and when I realized that I would never get over my feeling for you I divorced Claire and I've waited and waited and waited but you never gave news I tired texting you and calling you but you left and I just I had a ring" "I had no idea rob I feel so bad" "it's okay you found the love of your life and I'm happy for you I just wish it was me" he let out and got up from the bed she was quick to pull on his hand she took him into a hug "I love you too" she whispered in his ear and watched as he left. If there's one thing she wanted to do was run after him but she couldn't do that not here and not right now, she was about to go nap again when the aid car alarm went off she sighed and ran downstairs "you're with me today" Sullivan said as he jumped into the passenger seat "alright let's not waist another minute" she knew this call would be rough when they got to the scene a condo of 12 floors their victims on the height "we should ride the elevators we have a lot of things and with the number of people in those stairs we'll never get there in time" he said "let's do that" she agreed with him not really thinking of the consequences when the elevator got stuck on the fight floor "damn it" she yelled "let's not panic" "dispatch this is Herrera from aid 19 we need assistance on our location" "copy sending assistance to your location aid 19" "alright well call the aid car that's coming our way tell them about it and we call to get out of here alright i take care of aid you take care of calling for the elevator" he took his phone out and called a couple of numbers finally to found one that could helped them in an hour which meant they'd be in there for two maybe three hours , they never know how long it could take" . They both sat down next to each other in the most small space in the building for sure. She was on her phone while he was fixated on her ring this gorgeous ring this oval diamond with her engagement band of little flowers

It was very cute indeed but nothing compared to the one he had for her and he don't now why and he really wished his brain didn't controlled his body he found himself playing with her ring which turned her attention to him "rob?" "Huh?" "What r u doing ?" "Oh erm nothing" he said suddenly feeling so embarrassed "rob?" " hum?" "What were you doing" "nothing it's just beautiful" "thank you" she genuinely smiled at him "so how long have we been stuck here?" "What do you mean?" "You're not at the station" "oh erm me and captain Sullivan got stuck in the elevator on our way to the floor where our patient was" "are you okay?" "I'm fine we are fine " " okay give me news alright?" " I will I love you" I love you to Andrea stay safe" "I will I promise" she hung up the phone and let out a big long sight "everything okay?" "Peachy" she said and they both laughed she used to say that all the time "I missed that" "I missed that too Andrea" "come sit down will you?" "Yea for sure" he sat down next to her again letting her head fall to his shoulder but this time she connected their hands together, holding like two teenagers the teenagers they used to be but this was nothing , they hold onto each other like that for quite some time "so you and I how will that go?" "I don't know rob let's just stay professional for now okay?" "Yea yeaaaa sure" she knew that tone he was either jealous or really sad about her options. "Rob what's wrong?" "Nothing it's just I'm not sure I can stay professional for much longer" "why not" "because I love you Andy and every time in see you I wanna run into your arms pick you up and kiss you" "rob..." They both got out and packed and drove back to the station they got millions of questions from the team and got back to work , it was now night time and Andy Sullivan dean and Vic were sat in the Beanery talking on low voice to not wake up the others , talking about nothing just some of their calls from today "omg Andy" Andy's head shot up and she saw Jack coming her way she got up and got into his embrace "you didn't give me news I was so scared" "I'm fine Jack I'm fine I'm so sorry" "you're okay?" "I'm okay" she said taking his face into her palms "I'm okay see" she said flashing him the biggest smile "I see I love you so damn much" "I love you too" she went in on a kiss risking it because of friend would certainly comment about it "you know this a the Beanery not your bedroom" "Vic!" Andy let out still kissing Jack , she started to slowly unbutton his shirt "we should go into your bunk" he whispered "yeah let's do that" she went in for a more passionate kiss slowly taking of his first layer of clothes both of them rushing to Andy's bunk "let's pray their not loud tonight" dean called but not five seconds later they were both laughing and then a day moaned "damn it" dean let out all of them looked at each other and went downstairs to avoid eating anything. But even then they could hear everything and so Robert got upstairs and knocked at her door "maybe keep it down a little I can hear you scream from my office"Robert let out and went back downstairs, it didn't take long for them to shut the hell up and dress up Jack leaving the station in an hurry as they clearly got their captain pissed .
