When Two Worlds Meet (Modern Sasuke X Reader)

~ CHAPTER 1! The beginning

*Backstory*
Your parents divorced a long time ago (sry, if your parents really did split up!), it was probably when you were around 3-4 years old. Your mother still lives in Japan, but your father moved to America, due to his job. You live in between them so you fly to Japan from America almost every year. Your mother was very kind but ever since the divorce she hasn't been exactly the same since then, because of this you didn't really feel like visiting her, while the school was closed down, specially since that meant you still had to go to school over there! You'd usually stay with each parent for about a year and a half. You especially weren't trilled about the idea of "making brand new friends for life", as your father put it.
~ You are now 16, entering high school
- your new school: Konoha High...
        "But I don't want to fly all the way there!", complained (y/n), "why cant I just stay here, and enjoy not going to school?" But your father wasn't listening, he already had all your bags packed, and getting ready to drop you off at the air port. "It'll be fun, plus you'll make brand new friends for life!~", said your father. You hated when he said that because you didn't really have any close friends because you always travel in between countries. "I cant believe this is happening..." thought (y/n), "but seeing mom could be fun..." You were determined to have a good time with your mother.
        Your father pulled up in front of the airport to drop you off, you grabbed all your bags, and headed off to your plane. Waiting in line felt like forever, but didn't let that bring you down. Although the 11 hour plane ride didn't help boosting your spirits. Not to mention the 2 hour bus ride to your mom's place from the airport. But when you got there you were pretty excited. You took a deep breath and knocked at the door. It didn't take long for your mother to open the door, and when she did she was very happy to see you. This was normal, but after a while you knew your mom would turn back into a boring lady, like she does, since the divorce.
        But she didn't, she stayed perky the whole day, and even the next morning to, you were starting to wonder what was going on with your mother? She was never this cheerful, well she used to be but that was like 13 years ago. Since it was the Sunday there was no school, and your mother had the day off so both of you went shopping together. It was the most fun you'd had with your mother in a long time. (y/n), I'm glad you're here! I've missed you so much!", said you mother. Then you replied "me too." You both shopped a little more than ate dinner. Tomorrow was your first day at your new school. You had to admit you were kind of nervous...
