Like most popular ao3 larry stories, there are copies of it on Wattpad. But in general, these are not posted by the original author and not permitted by the author. So I would recommend reading on ao3. (Archive of our own)
Personal opinion:
Again, we starting out with the classics and my favorites! Before I read Young & Beautiful, Unbelievers was my favorite ff and probably is still tied with Y & B.
Literally no complaints. I've read it at least 8 times, more than any other Larry fic. The football/soccer stuff is interesting and makes it fun , although I'm embarrassed to admit that, as an American, the first time I read this I thought they were playing American football. Horrible, I know.
The intense smut and sex is a bit shocking and hard to get used to at first, but it didn't take long for me. And it's actually so soft and fluffy as well (the story & the smut ahah) It is enemies to lovers, hehe the best kind. Slow burn, also the best kind. One of my favorite bits about this was Liam and Louis' friendship, it's very pure and realistic. I have definitely cried many times reading this, not because of any horrifying trauma, but just because how good of a love story it is. (Midnight in the bathtub ahhhh)
The school dynamic is done very well and also Louis' family is very prominent, especially Lottie, which I love and it makes this story unique. Louis is our favorite sassy king as usual, and Harry is sarcastic but sentimental in the best way. I did get a bit frustrated with Louis a lot in this, but it just makes me love his character more.
Okay, okay, enough of my endless love for this story, here's the summary: (by me)
It's senior year. Louis is co-captain of his Doncaster high school's football team, he's single, he's got a best friend for life—Niall—, an amazing personality (his words), and decent grades, bound for the football team at Manchester United next year. (If he gets in). If it wasn't for Harry Styles, Louis' longtime arch nemesis and also the co-captain of the football team. Surprisingly, this year, his rivalry with Harry is quickly spun into a crazy regular sexual relationship. He obviously still hates him though. Harry quickly becomes the only thing keeping him afloat in a world of family, friendship and financial troubles, but is the lifeboat that is Harry going to keep him from his dreams?
TW: A LOT and i mean A LOT of sexual content/smut. Otherwise, I don't think there's really anything to look out for. It does focus a bit on divorce and family issues, so if that bothers you, there's that.
