When Louis woke up the next morning he was quite surprised to hear a snoring next to him.
He expected himself to wake up in an empty bed, but instead his Assistant was laying next to him like a seastar. The smaller lad took a moment to recap what happened yesterday and immediately frowned as the pictures started running in his head.
"You crossed the fooking line Louis" he mumbled to himself as he carefully climbed out of the bed, entering the living room. He picked up his sport clothes and prepared himself for an early run. There were so much things going on and he just needed to get his mind off.
He quietly closed the door behind him, running towards the central park while Arctic Monkeys were blasting through his AirPods. After half an hour he stopped his time and looked around. He spotted a small cafe near a big green tree and decided to get some breakfast. As he entered the building he was hugged by the sweet scent of fresh pastry and coffee. He ordered a bagel, a croissant, a panini and two teas. Sadly they had only black tea and not his favorite Yorkshire. He made his way back to the apartment, scanning the people walking past them, imagining their stories and names.
Just as he stepped through the door, with the mugs and paper bags filled with food he spotted the sleepy Harry who was just exiting the bedroom.
His hair looked messy, yet so soft. He wore a white t-shirt and grey jogging pants.
Yes. Grey motherfooking jogging pants.
Louis tried really hard to concentrate on Harrys face and closed the door behind him.
"Good Morning" he said as he placed one of the tea mugs and the breakfast on the coffee table. He took a sip of his tea, focusing on Harry again.
"Morning" Harry answered and Louis almost spat his tea, because he was surprised of the mens deep and raspy morning voice. Before he could think about it any longer the men with the emerald eyes started talking again.
"Where have you been? Im sorry if i took too much space of your bed but i promised i wouldn't leave so..." He explained, seeming a bit nervous as he started to look down to his feet.
"No no you didn't, i actually slept well for a long time, but I was awake early and thought I could buy us some breakfast... Sooo....bagel or panini?" Louis grinned, changing the theme before Harry could start asking about his sleeping habits.
"I think i'll take the bagel.. Is there meat on it?" He asked, picking up the brown paper bag.
"Nope, i didnt know if you were vegetarian or anything" Louis smiled.
"We ate pepperoni pizza yesterday dickhead." Harry just laughed, "but its okay I prefer cheese either way" he explained walking to the kitchen. He started opening random shelves, searching for plates.
"Cold" Louis just said "Still cold".
Harry started moving to the left side touching the cupboard. "Omg i have to take a coat, its getting so icy in here." he joked, starting to shake as if it was really low temperature.
Harry just laughed, moving on to the other side. "Yeeeaaah its getting warmer" Louis teased.
"For gods sake, please don't take your clothes off now because its getting warmer" Harry said playfully while rolling his eyes.
"Hey!" Louis just pouted, but he couldn't really stop smiling. With Harry a conversation just felt easy somehow.
"Omg i forgot to take my swimming trunks, didn't know the temperature would be so high in the apartment!" he exclaimed as Harry finally opened the shelf with the plates. He took two while rolling his eyes at Louis comment. As he walked past the small boy he stopped to whisper in his ear. "We can just go skinny dipping" and stepped out of the room, leaving a puzzled Louis behind.
