The quadrangles of the school, which were prepped with tents on the side show an event,  became the waiting area for relatives, families, and friends. The sports festival has finally come to reality. To watch their relatives and such run through a whole series of vigorous games is amusing, especially for people like Diluc and Kaeya, who knew very well of their cousin's misfortunate situation.

Meanwhile, the different people sat idly, and to their surprise, one of Liyue's many leaders sat by on a mat, wearing a yellow blouse and a long white maxi skirt, three maids by her. She had the power to do anything related to mora, and was the reason why many people inspire to be her. The story of rags to riches, from dust to gold, everything that makes a life story inspirational. Jean, too, was one of the important people, having been a hardworker that rose up to a promising position in the Favonius agency, which promised the other parents security. Other people look at these people in awe, especially the girls who sat, admiring the man with red hair, and another man with blue. There were so many of the prominent figures of Teyvat's city that came to their surprise.

Barbara held onto Y/n, nervously chanting the cheer like life depended on her. The students were stretching, anything to pop the tension in their muscles. Despite the day being that of frivolous moxie, there was a longing to drop and sleep present in certain students, especially in Albedo, Xingqiu, and of course Chongyun.

"A good morning to all of us, Parents, Teachers and students!" The speakers blared out, with the vice president of the student council speaking.
"The annual sports festival will now begin with a parade, of the teams that will be participating." Everyone held hands, linking arms like that of chains.
[In non-Teyvat terms, this means kapit-bisig in Filipino]
Barbara sadly looked at Y/n's hand. There was a small ounce of dismay when they were told to be alternating boy and girl. Xiao hated to admit, but he was happy to have been small enough to be put beside Y/n, though he'd stare at another male's hand on theirs. Likewise Chongyun and Xingqiu solely looked at Y/n and Xiao with a small ounce of jealousy.

Teyvat's sports festival was like any other sports festival— vigorous exercises, exhausting activities, and dying sounds of laughter.

Y/n could see people in colorful outfits, each representing a team. A marching band was formed. Two of those from the blue team, a drummer boy and drummer girl, are from the first-year classes, Lyney and Lynette, who had been the star of a Fontainian candy store. The other one was a taller girl, who had strawberry blonde hair, and indigo blue eyes, who played the trumpet.

"Ready?" The drum major looked back, smiling as he grips his stick, and the bands cheered, ready to march and show their skills.

On the sidelines, those familiar parents, friends, and relatives cheered upon seeing their respective student, and that included a hyper Kaeya and a smiling Diluc, which might have caught a few student's eyes.

The parade ended quite shortly, and the vice president started,
"We will now start the sports festival with the National Anthem."

"The Teyvat Highschool welcomes you with open arms to the Sports Festival. Our student council president shall lead the welcoming address."

The girls fawned over the male, who charmingly smiled, orange eyes looking down on the people with authority, and even Bennett, Aether, and Razor cheered. It placed quite the confusion on the other section, especially to Xingqiu, who had been reading a book, not paying attention.
