-Liu is 2 years older(15 years old) and Jeff is the same age as you(I don't really know their cannon age gap or who is the older brother I just put it in a random generator)
This is also my kinda first fanfiction so any constructive criticism and telling me where to improve will be great :)
And by the way this won't be the most accurate to the original Jeff the killer story I won't include were Liu is arrested(their is a fight but it's just a slightly more violent school fight). Also Randy, Keith and Troy won't die at the party I'll do the similar thing on what happened in the homicidal Liu story where they got put in careful conditions in hospital if you read on you will probably understand more because I'm not the best at explaining shit but anyway bye :)
