Liu POV- I usually stood by Y/N mainly because yeah she is kinda cute and I slightly like her and I didn't want her getting ran over. I mean she knows this place better but I just like being beside her. On the other side of me was Jeff. He caught on that I liked her very quick and he whispered in my ear "Hold hands with her." or "Come on confess in a couple weeks otherwise you may never get to go out with her!!" It's kind of annoying but oh well. I wanted to respect her boundaries for now. I might make a move in a couple of days. And also I have a slight suspicion that Jeff likes her but I think he's just doing that to get me to ask her out so who knows.
Timeskip 5pm
I saw an ice cream shop and a video game store so I asked Y/N if all of us should get ice-cream and see what's in GameStop. She seemed enthusiastic so she started running like a toddler going to that one toy shop that they loved. Both of us chased after her Jeff laughing his ass off I must admit her personality is funny and I'm laughing quite a bit too but I'm kinda scared that she's going to get ran over. We got there in about 5 minutes.
"Y/N, Jeff don't worry I'll pay for the ice cream what flavour do both of you want?" I asked.
"Ooh thanks Liu can I have (favourite flavour) with (favourite toppings)!" She said energetically.
"That same as the lady but with raspberry sauce please." Jeff said in a teasing way I ignored his stupidity.
I'm having cookie dough with rainbow sprinkles. I walked up to the desk and got the ice cream and hung around the video game store until 3 kids came with their skateboards and nearly hit the 3 of us. The first guy that looked like the leader had messy ginger hair, fair skin, a denim jacket with a black shirt under and some black trousers and converse. The other guy was tall and skinny with ripped jeans, black spiky hair, a button up shirt and black trainers and the last one looked like a bowling ball with black jeans, a baby blue top with almost a mullet. They all looked at us like they wanted something and went up to y/n. Does she know these kids?
Y/Ns POV- Crap! I didn't tell them about Randy and his friends. I hope they don't get into too much trouble. I looked over Jeff and Liu looked like they were gonna beat them to a bloody pulp.
"Randy don't cause trouble I'm only giving my neighbours a tour of the town so can you please fuck off and at least bother us when school is here?" I said in an annoyed tone.
"No I'm gonna show these punks that me and my gang are in charge of this town and highschool!" He told us in a prideful tone.
I raised my middle finger at them pushed him to the side and grabbed Jeff and Lius hand and we went inside the video game store.
Jeff s POV- never knew Y/N can be like that although it was very mature how she settled it. She really knows how to do things. I looked over at Liu and he's probably having a nervous breakdown since she's holding his hand. Those guys looked really preppy and full of the themselves. They looked about my age and apparently they are going to the same high school as us. Great we're most likely going to start at least 1 fight with them.
"Thanks for not getting us in a fight with those dudes y/n what's his deal anyway?" I asked.
"Oh them? That's Randy, Keith and Troy. Stay away from them if unless you have the status or a couple of bully's on you for the next few years." Y/n said in a annoyed mood.
"Oh ok. Anyways should we get some video games then?" I said all of our faces lit up.
We got (favourite video games) and went up to the counter to pay. Y/N told the man at the desk about Randy, Keith and Troy and he was understanding and let us go through the staff only exit. We thanked him and quickly jolted back the houses and saw a little kid and their mum.
Y/Ns POV- When we jolted back to the houses so Randy and his gang don't chase us, I saw Billy and his mum Barbra. I realised that Billy's birthday part is in a couple of weeks so I'm guessing that Jeff and Lius mum are going to ask to take herself, her husband Peter, Jeff and Liu with her. As soon as Billy saw me, ran up to me to give me a hug. Jeff and Liu just stared and just had that 'awh' expression. I introduced them to each other. Liu seemed to not mind Billy he told me he was a bubbly but fun kid. Whilst me, Liu and Jeff we're playing with the kid, I overheard Barbra saying it was fine taking her family to the party. I mean Jeff wasn't happy that he was going to 'some kids birthday' and Liu had a annoyed look on his face but didn't complain. Their mother told them that it will be nice to meet more people in the neighbourhood. I both explained that it would be fine since I went to his 6th and 5th birthday party and it was pretty fun. They both just nodded and went along of what I said. I asked what's gonna be the theme; his mum said it's a fancy dress kind of and that their nerf guns and cowboy hats to mess around with.
