Yamaguchi x Reader

|| Author's POV ||

It was a rainy day so you decided to stay home. You're in your room, sitting in bed—wrapped with blanket with your laptop in your front while writing stories.

The door from the bathroom opened revealing a freshly showered Tadashi, the towel's still hanging on his shoulder.

You just stared up at him, the male confusedly asked "What's wrong, love?"

"How could you take a shower during a rainy time? I'm wrapped around my blanket right now to keep warm and you took a shower not minding the cold??" You jealously answered squinting your eyes on him.

Tadashi just chuckled at your behavior and finally climbed to your shared bed to join you.

You put away your laptop and started cuddling with him; your head buried on his chest, inhaling his scent, feeling his warmth which made you scoot closer to him mumbling inaudible words.

Yams cackles a soft laugh as he holds you tight while playing with your hair.

"What'd you wanna do?" The male asked you. "Nothing, just wanna stay like this for awhile" you giggled closing your eyes as if you're about to sleep.

You felt Tadashi's hands sneaked down to your waist, you thought he's just gonna hold you like that until he fiddled his fingers on your waist, tickling you.

Your laugh filled out the room as the young man smiles to himself.

Hearing you laugh is such a music to his ears.

"HAHAHAHAHA A-ashi, stop i-it! I- HAHAHAHAHA can't b-breathe!" You begged him to stop but he won't budge until you wrapped your legs around his waist as you both rolled on the bed all the way to the floor.

"Are you okay, baby?" "Yes, yes I'm alright HAHAHAHA" you answered still catching your breath.

You two just laugh about what happened to the both of you still laying on the floor for awhile. 

Tadashi once again wrapped his arms around you— back hugging you as he hold your hands playing with your fingers.

"You have pretty hands. One day this finger will wear a ring that symbolizes my love for you" he softly whispers to your ear as you felt your cheeks heat up from his statement.

"Y-you mean it?" you shyly asked him. "Of course, I mean it! Tbh, I can't wait any longer" "What do you mean 'can't wait any longer'?"

Tadashi rise up from the floor as he helped you to stand up too.

He reached for his pocket pulling out a small red velvet box and opened it revealing a beautiful silver ring with a diamond on it.

The male bend on one knee in your front showing you the ring in the box.

"Baby, I may not be the best man in the world but you bring out the best of me. I may not be the richest man but you make me feel wealthy with your love. I may not be able to pull out a fancy proposal like other guys but I'll promise to love you with all my heart forever until my last breath. So please accept my offer to be your husband. Miss Y/N L/N, will you marry me? Be the mother of my children? The one I can call home? The one I can call mine forever?"

You were surprised, almost tearing up. You never knew he'd propose to you TODAY or EVER.

Unable to speak, you just nod as you smile widely to him. Tadashi's face lit up from your response, he immediately stood up and hugged you so tight. As he pulls away from the hug, he slips the ring through your finger and kissed your hands.

"I feel like I'm the h-happiest man in the w-world right now" he began to tear up but you can see happiness as you stare at his beautiful brown orbs.

You wiped away his tears and tip-toed to kiss him on the lips. "And I feel like I'm the luckiest girl in the world for having you to be my husband" you stated back as you smiled widely to him.

You both went back to bed cuddling each other, talking about your plans in life.

Today starts the day where your dreams are finally coming true....
