Disclaimer: This is in no way canon, and these are just my opinions based on what we know from the show since Blaine's parents are rarely mentioned, and only his mom makes a short cameo. So I made my own creative decisions about Blaine's parents based on what we know about his character, and his relationship with them from the show.

Kurt and Blaine are lying together snuggled up in bed sleeping, with a crib nearby the bed. Then Blaine's eyes begin to slowly open, they begin to open and close a few times before Blaine rolls over to the nightstand, and let's out a yawn as he picks up his phone. He checks the time to reveal 7:55 AM before he opens his phone and turns off the alarm set for 8. Following that he sets down his phone, and slowly sits up careful not to wake Kurt as he stretches his arms and yawns. He then leans over Kurt and begins to gently sing

Good Morning Good Morning

It's great to stay up late

Good morning good morning

To you

Kurt then rolls over from his side to his back and slowly opens his eyes as he smiles and groggily says "I love when you wake me up in the morning. But you don't need to sing to me every morning, let your voice rest"
"No, because I love singing to my favorite person to wake them up. Besides I know you, and you're NOT a morning person." Blaine replies

"You're too good to me" Kurt says as he gives Blaine a good morning kiss.

"You deserve it, but we do need to get dressed and get Tracy ready to go" Blaine adds

"Can't we just lay in bed and cuddle for a few more moments" Kurt begs

"No, I'd love to cuddle with you, but if I do I'll never get up, so come on" Blaine states as he grabs Kurt's arm and pulls him into a sitting position.

The boys then get up out of bed and walk over to their suitcases, Kurt's being slightly more organized than Blaine's, and they pick out stylish outfits for cool weather. As they begin to get dressed Blaine says "It was nice of your Dad to let us stay in your old room while we're visiting my parents."

"Yeah, I'm surprised they haven't downsized yet, like your parents did." Kurt replies

"Well, your parents have a kid and his husband and daughter visit often, and are very close, whereas I don't see my parents much, and neither does my brother" Blaine responds

"I'm sorry that you don't get to see them more often. But now that your mom is retiring you'll probably get to see her more, and it's nice that your brother's in town too." Kurt states trying to cheer up his husband.

"Yeah, I guess your right, this is the first time we'll all be together in years." Blaine responds

Kurt walks over to Blaine, puts his hands on his shoulders and says, "I know your family isn't perfect, and I don't know what it's like, I remember before I came out to my dad how I was already living like he didn't accept me because I felt so strongly that he wouldn't. So while I'm not sure how it feels I know it must suck, but you will never be alone, you have my dad, Carole, our friends, Tracy, and you have me, the person who will always love you no matter what. This could be the start of a new beginning for your family so give it a chance."

"Thanks Kurt, I'm so lucky to have you. And you're right, just because our family is distant doesn't mean we can't come together, after all my brother and I are much closer than we used to be." Blaine says somberly

Kurt and Blaine embrace in a loving hug as they whisper I love you to each other before they begin to dress Tracy to get ready to go.

"Alright we're ready to go, yes we are, you're going to see grandma" Kurt says to Tracy in baby talk.
