"Raven I ... I really like you, I have for a long time. I don't know if we are ever going to come out of this one but, I needed to take it out of my chest" Said Damian.

There was a long felt short silence. Her naked back was pushed against his bare chest, his arms were surrounding her. She still shivered. Raven took a deep breath and said.

"Since when? Don't tell me, Oh since the first time I saw you. Because I'll know you will be lying"

"No, But, quite close. Do you remember the first time we talk? not a simple greeting or a presentation. the first time we truly talked." Said Damian.

"So, what's your answer?" He said.

"To what you haven't asked any questions yet?" Raven said.

He stood in silence he felt kind of embarrassed right now, there was no were to move they were stuck to each other and now he feared that he made things awkward.

Raven turned around and said, "Have you ever ..."

"No, no, well It's not that I don't want, it's that ..." Damian interrupted.

"Have you ever kissed a girl before?" Raven said.

"No, I was homeschooled and trained by a cult of assassins, after I left, I became a vigilante so not much for a social life, if I'm honest this is the first time I have ever had friends, How about you?" Damian said.

"Me neither, I guess you don't date much when you are a half-demon with your interdimensional father trapped in your forehead, that and pale ash skin and purple eyes," Said Raven.

"Violet," He said.

"What?" She said.

"Your eyes are not purple, are violets, like clear amethyst or the petals of a lotus flower," Damian said. 

Raven was surprised and speechless. She was lost in his green eyes. She hasn't noticed his beautiful eyes or has she. The thing she did not want to admit to herself was that she wanted to come with him, she wanted to spend more time with him, she likes his company more than anyone else. 

Raven put her hand on his cheek and went for his lips, but he was still too far. Maybe Damian has never been good with social cues but, he knew this was the moment he has been waiting for. He pushed in. closing the gap and sealing their first kiss.

It was not good their lips pushed each other and their second attempt was met with their teeth hitting, but they didn't stop eventually it got better and the clumsiness of those who experiment with something new was fading. 

They separated and Raven said "Yes, my answer is yes," 

"To what?" Damian said.

"To the question, you did not ask," Raven said holding the back of his head as he squeezed her. And they kiss again. She was not shivering anymore.

They didn't know but, it was night already and they had already fallen tired. It had been a long time since she could have a goodnight of sleep, but her dream was weird. 

They woke up with the sound of an explosion. the roof gave in? no, it wasn't it. Raven could felt her powers coming back. To them came flying  Dr. Fate the paladin of Order, the guardian of everything that's good and correct.

He took his helmet off and the ominous doctor fate turned into a tall, blonde guy with a pink shirt and a gold necklace.

"Hey, what are you kids doing here?" Said fate. 

Raven covered herself with her cape at the realization that she was naked in front of a stranger and Damian hold the tip of the cape not to get to expose even though he was still wearing his boxers.

"I don't judge when I was young I had my fair share of you know, but what a strange place. As I said I don't judge I just detected a magic anomaly and the justice league said the satellites found an out-of-place frozen building in summer so, I was already on my way. This place had a magic seal." Said Fate.

"We know, we were trapped," Raven said.

"Oh now I get it you were on a mission, got trapped, were burning sometime till the help arrives," Fate said.

"The league we have to inform them. The legion of Doom is planning to freeze an entire city," Robin said.

"Yeah about that, you overslept a little, don't get me wrong I overslept too. I'm not much of an early bird. As soon as the league of injustice or whatever threaten to freeze metropolis superman arrived and cut the machine in half with his heat vision. Freeze and Manta were arrested." Fate said.

"What about Luthor and the others?" Raven said.

"They disappeared in thin air. Now that you mentioned Nabu and I should check on it" Fate said. "Well I think I should go, and kids don't forget better safe than sorry"

When Raven and Robin arrive at the titan tower everyone asked where had they been but, they didn't answered any questions. "I don't want to talk about it," they said. Before they left for their rooms they look at each other knowing that nothing will ever be the same.
