DamiRae: Bad Omens

Bloody Christmas

That was a Thanksgiving night the titans will not forget. Darkseid appeared in the titan tower. Darkseid one of the most feared enemies of the Justice League. He was injured and delusional.

The moment it happened Starfire called Dick to come back. Nightwing, Raven, Robin, and Batman came immediately to the tower. 

"How could you summon a Demon in our dimension and not inform the league?" Batman said.

Damian and Raven just stood there in silence holding hands and with their heads down. They knew they messed up, and now the whole world was in danger. They didn't tell him the full truth yet.

"This is a titans affair," Nightwing interrupted, "We thought we could handle this" 

Out of the blue Superman arrived. Damian sent a message to Jonathan (Superboy) knowing his father was not going to take lightly the news. Superman has always been his father's best side, but that implied he will now own one to Jonathan.

"Hi, guys I was flying by and ... What the ... is that..." Superman said his eyes turned red and back normal the time he realized Darkside was barely breathing. 

Superman was angry too, but he had to step in since Batman was vivid and wanted to kill his own son. 

"We know we made a mistake, but we will fix it ... I swear," Damian said.

"How are you going... " Batman was interrupted by the scream of Darkseid.

"You are here! I'll Kill You!" Darkseid yelled and attacked Damian who dodged the punch. It went through the floor. 

A fight was about to erupt, but Raven interrupted "Stop! I will heal you, but please stop," She said.

Everyone tried to talk her out of it. Darkseid accepted knowing that the moment his eyes were healed, he could Omega beam him out of existence. 

When his eyes were healed he looked around, but could not find Anubis. "Where is he?" He said.

"It's me you are looking for," Damian said ready to face repercussion. 

"You sound like him, but you are just a boy. Where is the 7 ft tall (Exaggeration) jackal monster?" Darkseid said.

After a back and forward the league decided to join forces with Darkseid to face this new threat, a momentary truce. Now the problem was where would Darkseid stay. Iron heights, a supervillain prison, they couldn't risk a riot on the prison and let the inmates escape. The Hall of justice and the watchtower were a great risk too, of course, he would be surrounded by heroes, but he would have full access to destroy the justice league main base. Somehow Nightwing convinced them that the safest place for him will be the Titan tower, It was not as an important base as the watchtower and he would be surrounded by heroes. Cyborg agreed to stay with the titans.

The days flew by and Darkseid was impatient, but the league couldn't just attack without gathering information of their enemy first. If the delay was getting him mad, the Christmas preparation was getting on his nerves. 

"Mr. Darkseid, Will you be a new member of the teen titans?" Beastboy said.

"I had enough, a month and still no progress, and you are preparing for a holiday. You broke your end of the deal," Darkseid said grabbing Beastboy who scaped turning into a fly.

"The justice league is working on it, we are like a backup team," Starfire said.

"You are second-class heroes, I'm going back to Apokolips," He said.
