You meet his Rival/Enemy

Hwoarang:
You two were heading towards his place after training, when suddenly he bumps into Jin.
"Hey Kazama! Are you ready for the rematch?"
"Rematch? Hwo what are you talking about?  Who's this?"
"Oh, you're Y/n, right? I'm Jin Kazama. Hwoarang here once challenged me to a fight and lost. "
"Umm how do you know my name?"
"Y/n... I forgot to tell you. Jin is my rival. And I told him about you."
"Well Hwoarang. I know you want to challenge me, but I have to go. See you in the Tournament."
"*hmpf* Fine. See ya then. Now C'mon Y/n, we have to go. "
"Hey! Can you tell me more about your rival?"
"I'll tell you when we're there!"

Jin Kazama:
You and Jin were at a park, when out of nowhere,  an angry redhead approached Jin.
"Kazama! I came here for that rematch! This time I'll get you!"
"Hwoarang I told you I have no time-"
"Whoa... who are ya dolly? I hope you're not Jin's girl. What do ya think about a date?"
"Umm Jin.... who's this?"
"Y/n. This is-"
"Hwoarang. But you can call me Hwo for short. Y/n, huh? Nice name for a cutie like ya."
"Hwoarang! If you don't mind. Can you please leave my girlfriend alone? I have no time for you."
"Aww. C'mon dude. You're so boring. I was just trying to get this girl's number."
"...Hey, Hwoarang... Can you leave please? I was on a date with Jin already..."
"Really?! You too? You sure do love ruining fun, huh? Well, guess what? I'm outta here. Oh, and by the way, I still want that rematch Jin."
Hwoarang then left you two alone.
"So... What's the deal with him?"
"*sigh* Hwoarang here thinks I have time to fight him. He just won't leave me alone. Let's go home. I'll tell you more there."

Steve Fox:

[Honestly, I can't think of someone who is Steve's Rival/Enemy, so I'll leave this here. I don't think that Hwoarang is his rival... more like a friend.]

Miguel Caballero Rojo:
It was him you've seen him before. The man that killed your brother in that explosion. The man that Miguel was looking for. You finally found him.
Miguel, of course run up to fight him.
You were too scared to move, your body frozen in place, while looking at Miguel.
Miguel ran, but he couldn't catch up. The man named Jin Kazama escaped on a helicopter.
Miguel fell on his knees, his rage taking over. You run towards Miguel. You told him:
"Hey Miguel.  I know that you're mad. I'm mad too. But there's a chance that we'll find him again-"
"Mi señorita. If I don't find him, there won't be a way that I will avenge our lost siblings. I won't kill him, until he's ready to die."

Lars Alexandersson:

[I also found no rivals for Lars.]

Forrest Law:
I don't think I forgot to  mention that Forrest is a cinnamon roll. He of course has no rivals or enemies. 

Bob Richards:

[I'm absolutely not  sure if the Bob - Bryan thing in his Tekken 7 story is canon or not. Idk what to say....]
