Kokichi x Reader - Two liars

{Y/N}: I don't love you.

I thought I did. At first.

But the more and more time we spend together I realized..

I hate your laugh
I hate your hobbies
I hate your clothes
I hate your voice
I hate the way you look at me
I hate the stuff you talk about.

You make me upset with every word you speak.

I thought it was just me, being a bad partner, bad at understanding feelings but..

Turns out it wasn't me this time.

{Kokichi}: "Heyyyy! {Y/n}!! Are you listening?? I want to show you something!"

{Y/N}: But I still, don't want to hurt you.
"Huh? Sure, sorry I spaced out, what do you want to show me?"

{Kokichi}: "soooo meaaan! Not listening to me!!"

{Y/N}: "S-Stop fake crying, I said I was sorry.."
And I still don't want to see you cry.

{Kokichi}: "aaawww alright! Come with me!"

He took my hand and dragged me to a silent place outside.

{Kokichi}: "Look! I made this for you!"

He said, smiling, holding a flower crown in his hands.

{Kokichi}: "Bow down, I want to place it on your head."

I did as he ask me to.

{Y/N}: "Thank you ..?"

I placed a hand on my head, to the spot where he placed the flower crown. I didn't know what to say, because, this doesn't make things any easier.

{Kokichi}: "Yup! Let's go eat something!"

He walked before me, hands behind his head. He walks like a child..

{Y/N}: You're still lovely

When we reached the dining hall, he went in the back of the kitchen. I should have been relieved to have a few minutes alone but..

{Y/N}: I don't want you to be alone.

{Kokichi}: "What do you want to eat?"

He asked me, smiling.

{Kaito}: "You little bitch!"

Suddenly, Kaito rushed in, and I knew, he was going for Kokichi.

{Kaito}: "Get out of the way, {Y/N}!"

No, I wouldn't dare to get out of the way. I gave him a death glare, hoping he would just leave.

He gave me a confused and angry look.

{Kaito}: "I don't understand, didn't you say you hated this guy just a few days ago??"

I stopped for a second, not thinking about what to feel or what to say, just breathing in and out.

{Y/N}: "Did I forgot to mention? If you touch him, I will break you. You will shatter into a million pieces. Get away before I kill you."

{Kaito}: ".... You're unbelievable. I will get him. Don't think she will always safe you!"

And with that, he was gone, swearing on his way out.

I looked over to Kokichi, he looked a bit shocked at first, but turned around to the food again.

{Kokichi}: ".. Man, he was in a bad mood."

{Y/N}: ".. Kokichi.."

{Kokichi}: "So, do you want to drink something too?"

{Y/N}: And with that, I realized, I was not the only liar.

Because there was no way, he wasn't feeling angry, sad or disappointed, from what he said. From what *I* said. 

{Y/N}: ".... I'm sorry."

I went out. He didn't shout after me, or came after me, or did anything else.

I think he just noticed that..

.. We can't fake this any longer.

Of being happy, and loving each other.

That's all just.. Fake.

We're both liars and we both knew it from the start.

But we also just wanted to be happy.. Because who would understand a liar if it's not another one?

So I'm asking myself, if this isn't working out, how could anything else?
