Jessica's Pov

What are we watching? Liza asked, habang nkasandal ang likod sa upuan at abalang kumakain ng pop corn.

"Some romantic thing na paborito ko na nkakapag paiyak sakin wala lang gusto ko lng talaga sya ulit ulitin..

Wala malala na talaga tong buntis na to parang ayaw ko pa tuloy makabuntis." Rick shrugged dismissively, ignoring the way Jessica was glaring at him over the top of her round little glasses.

"God, the sacrifices para lang tlaga mapasaya ko tong buntis na to para di palaging magtantrums jusko ," he said with a groan, and I suddenly gasped in outrage.

For the first time in a long time, Liza felt a giggle bubbling up in her throat.

Rick suddenly grinned at Jessica habang ako naman nakatingin lang sa kanilang dalawa ni Liza. I watched them enviously for a few moments.

I was just managing to get somewhat absorbed in the plot nang tumunog ang doorbell. Tumayo naman agad si Pat para tignan kung sinu ang nasa pinto..

I watched him go with a slight smile on my face. I was quiet for a while before shaking my head in exasperation.

Liza surprised herself by laughing out loud in nang marinig nya ang hinahing ko.

"Of course not," he said smoothly, leaning back and making me feel incredibly claustrophobic as he crowded his large body. "What are we watching?"

Lisa told him, and Pat did an admirable job of concealing his grimace. Lisa barely contained her own grin before hitting the Play button.

Lisa dropped her head onto her husband's broad shoulder and resumed her occasional sniffling, and Rick, unable to remain furious for long with his wife draped across him, dragged Lisa close again and snuggled her up against him. His fingers interlaced with the hand she had resting on her stomach, and I felt like I was the only sane person in the room. Pat was sprawled out beside,me

"Why did you come here?" I whispered.

"I thought that we should spend some time together," he said in a gentle tone that I instinctively mistrusted.
