Backstory: Being the daughter of a fashion designer and a model, a lot of pressure was put on her in her childhood years. Her parents controlled anything and everything in her life, judging every action she did, and with the added pressure of her seemingly perfect older brother Allen, there weren't many opportunities for her to have fun. One evening, a moth perched itself on her windowsill. She was distracted by it, making her unaware of the oozquito flying over until it injected her with its ooz, turning her into a mutant. Her mother walked in and freaked out, forcing Bella to retreat. For about a month, she had to adjust to her new form, growing to adore it. She would fly around at night, explore, all sorts of things she was never allowed to originally do. One night, she was resting on the top of a building, looking across the city, when a portal opened up from nowhere and four turtles popped out. She was freaking out! Fascinated that there may be more mutants like her, but mostly freaking out! Once she calmed down, she began questioning them. Who were they? Were there even more mutants out there? How many? How did they make that portal? The more they talked, the more they warmed up to each other, eventually leading to them promising to meet up again. They kept meeting up, their friendship growing stronger with each visit, 'till she was eventually hanging out in the lair and fighting criminals with them.
Personality: For the most part, she's pretty sweet with a bit of sass and can be a bit sarcastic. She can be a bit of a smartypants, and can be sort of flamboyant, but mostly for laughs and giggles. She's very curious and hates it when someone knows something that she doesn't. She's kind of picky when it comes to fashion, but that's mostly a force of habit from her previous life. She laughs quite easily and is overall very giggly. She also gets flattered easily, and is quite decent when it comes to charming someone.
Abilities: Thanks to her mutation, she can fly, see very clearly in the dark, and crawl on walls.
Weapon(s): She doesn't really have a weapon. For the most part, she just picks up a nearby heavy object, flies up, and drops it on the opponent.
Strengths: As I've said before, she can fly, see in the dark, and crawl on walls. She's also quite the master of disguise, being able to blend into any crowd as anyone if she wishes to. Once again, she's good at charming someone and, though she does get easily flattered, she's far from easy to manipulate or gaslight. She's usually able to see through lies, but usually plays along to try to get the upper hand and element of surprise. She's very fast and can dodge long range attacks fairly easily.
Weaknesses: Once a wing is damaged, it can never be healed. Of corse, she can try to stitch it up or something, but the damage will always be there, so she must be very careful with them. She's not very good in hand to hand combat. She is also pretty easily distracted by anything.
