If you're having trouble believing in your affirmations, you can put "It's a fact", "I know", "It's true", or "Yes,..." at the beginning of your affirmations. This is what I use to help me when I'm feeling doubtful.
"I am a millionaire" → "It's a fact that I am a millionaire" | "I know I am a millionaire" | "It's true that I am a millionaire" | "Yes, I am a millionaire"
Emphasizing on certain words like "I am" or "It's a fact" can help you "feel it real" too.
"I am a millionaire" | "It's a fact that I am a millionaire" | "Yes, I am a millionaire"
"I am loved by (SP's name)" | "I am married to (SP's name) | "I am treated with respect"
"I was born worthy" | "I was born deserving" | "I am worthy" | "I am deserving"
