"As many of you may already know by now, Death Row will be opening up for the source awards this Thursday." Suge announced as all of Death Row's artist sat around the table listening to him "now I have took it upon myself to set up the visual of it all and I spent atleast 100k on just the set alone."

"Damn." One of them whispered shocked at that amount.

"Now I want ya'll to understand how important this award show gon' be for us as a label. When we get out there to New York, we on our own—you know what I'm saying. So our job is to go out there and make sure they know that the West Coast is in the building. Alright?" He looked around at them.

"Alright." They all nodded.

"Any questions?" Suge asked them.

Nate dogg nodded "is any of them niggas from Bad Boy going to be there?"

"Of course they going to be there it's in New York." Suge answered "but we don't need to worry about none of them right now cause this ain't about them. Y'all just need to worry about how these performances about to play out, and winning these awards."

"I know that right." Saweetie nodded her head.

"Anybody else?" Suge looked around the table again.

"Nah we good." Snoop shook his head showing that they understood.

"Alright, and before I end this meeting I just want to say congratulations to everyone that has been nominated. Snoop Dre Icy I'm very proud of all y'all, y'all really putting on for Death Row and I know with no doubt that we about to walk out of that building with multiple rewards for all three of you."

They all nodded their head thanking him.

"Ok so now that we got everything understood just know that we leaving out tomorrow morning 3pm and we are all heading to the Award Show on Thursday together as a family." After finishing up Suge dismissed the meeting sending them on their way.

"Aye Ice, what's this I heard about Pac not rapping anymore?" Snoop caught up to her as they were exiting the meeting.

Saweetie shrugged "last time I talk to him it seemed like his mind was set. His label then already gave up on him so he's basically stuck in prison right now."

"What you mean stuck?" Snoop raised his eyebrow.

"They not sending him any money to get him out of jail because Time Warner isn't allowing them to. They think he's bad publicity." Saweetie explained.

"Damn that's fucked up." Snoop shook his head "you know what, I been telling Suge for a while now that Pac belonged over here with us."

Saweetie nodded in agreement. Pac did deserve to be on a label that would appreciate him and his work because it was clear Interscope didn't care enough about him.
