Creepypasta's were brought to life by Slenderman, who picked stories and made them real. It then sends said creepypasta to kill its creator, the very first kill.

Creators, beware. Some day it will pick your story, and its skills will be tested on you. This is how black profiles exist, and why some people stop posting about them, or try to remove them from the fandom.

I believe Ticci Toby's creator was told to tell the public that he was fake to hide their existence, and then when the creator tried to remove him from the fandom to undo what they had manifested, it backfired. Kastoway had created a new account to prove that he wasn't real, but maybe it wasn't Kastoway. I will say no more.

But all creepypasta stories created have a piece of spiritual presence, whether you believe that or not. And once The Operator chooses the story, it becomes real. No longer a creepy tale to spook your friends and family with, a real, murderous, killer that it uses for its bidding.
