I swiftly manouvred myself out of the moving van. My mum promised this would be a fresh start for the both of us
Aftery parents divorce, I got depressed and my mum abused alcohol, and me, but that was only because of the alcohol. But this is a fresh start for the both of us, she's stopped drinking and on the final stages of my recovery so its all good
I took in the house, it wasn't massive (which I was fairly happy about) but it was still quite big
"Here we go" said mum smiling. She took the key out of her pocket placed it into the keyhole and twisted it.
I was quite impressed with the decor. The livingroom was spacious with a white puffy 9 seater couch and a matching arm chair opposite it. A massive glass table stood between them with a bowl of fruit, t.v. remote, a copy of gouge magazine for mum and wolf print magazine for me. Under the table was a humongous, crisp white fluffy rug. The walls were topaz (off white) and the floor was wooden. Hanging on the wall to the left there was a flat screen t.v. and below the t.v. was an electric fire place. Dotted around the room, were pictures of me and mum and pictures of both of us together.
The kitchen tiles were bluey green and the floor was stone, weird I know. The cabinets were glass and there was a black oven with a matching coloured hob.
My room was amazing (the picture at the top of the screen). But then again my mum was a decor designer for houses everywhere so I'd expect nothing more and nothing less. I sat on my soft velvety bed. Today's been a long day and I was tired. My mum walked into the room
"Hey pet" she smiled warmly
"Hi mum" I smiled, she held out her arms towards me and I got off of my new bed and hugged her
"Its gonna be different this time" she said seriously looking into my eyes
That's what she said last time.

Hey so this chapter has just been describing and I know it wasn't very good but I promise things are gonna get ALOT better over the next few chapters
