Sometime before lunch, Lisa shrugged on a khaki trench-coat and stepped into a pair of exquisite high-heels, then went downstairs.
Lisa's figure looked graceful and seductive. Jungkook had been sitting in the living room and looked up when he heard her walk down. His eyes subconsciously followed her long slender legs as she descended, and he found that he couldn't look away."Can we go?" Lisa asked softly, holding onto the railing with one hand and an elegant bag on the other.
"Of course." Since Lisa didn't let him prepare anything in advance, other than feeding Chu Wan, he didn't have anything else going on. He had simply needed to dress, then that was it.
"Then let's go." Lisa said.
"Wait for me by the door; I'll bring the car out." Jungkook finally managed to tear his eyes away from Lisa and headed for the garage.
Lisa walked to the front door and waited quietly, the wind occasionally blowing her clothes. Lisa brushed away strands of hair from her face and smiled towards the autumn sun.
At this time, Jungkook had left the garage and saw Lisa. Even when she's just standing still, Lisa still exudes a noble and elegant temperament. This was what a noble birth and a good education can do.
Unlike him, even when he was given the best and most expensive disguise, his bones still had the wear and tear that only the lower class could have.
Jungkook stopped the car beside Lisa , then got off and opened the back door for her.
Lisa was shocked. She looked at Jungkook, her feet not moving.
"What's wrong?" Jungkook was puzzled. "Did you forget something?"
"No." Lisa shook her head. At Jungkook's confused gaze, she moved to the other side of the car and opened the passenger door.
"I'll sit here." Lisa smiled, then went in the car.
Jungkook was amazed. She really had such a good education carved into her bones, staying so polite even during car rides.
Lisa had already buckled her seatbelt when Jungkook entered. Seeing him getting ready to go, she suggested with a smile: "Let's go find a place near the hospital to have lunch first, then see my mother."
"OK." Jungkook started the car, eyes straight ahead, then slowly drove the car out to the road.
"Jungkook?" As the car passed the gates of their neighborhood, Lisa suddenly called out to him.
"What's wrong?" Jungkook looked back at her.
"You forgot to wear your seatbelt." Lisa pointed towards his chest.
"Oh..." His ears ringing from Lisa saying his name, Jungkook tried to order his thoughts and move
Probably due to Lisa's perfume or just overall presence, Jungkook had long become some-what distracted. With his right hand he tried to fasten his seatbelt but just couldn't manage it.
Lisa noticed that the car was already on the main road and the number of cars on the street was slowly increasing. Suddenly, Lisa leaned over and took the seatbelt from Jungkook's hand. Under his dismayed gaze, she said: "Concentrate on driving; I'll help you fasten it."
"No." Jungkook refused.
"We're already on the road. It's not safe; let me do it for you." Lisa focused her beautiful pair of eyes straight at Jungkook.
Jungkook immediately turned stiff and turned his head to watch the road, hands grasping the steering wheel tightly. Eventually, he managed to choke out a thank you.
