'Earth'

Omniscient

"Sir, we have come to an unknown planet. Apparently, it is entitled 'Earth'." The alien reports clearly to his commander, who gives him a nod. The alien respectively bows and backs out of the enormous polished room of the spacecraft. The commander turns in his swiveled chair, his cliche green skin glistening.

The large command room of the ship was as tall as it was large, the purple and white shiny walls stretching upwards for hundreds of feet before finally reaching the ceiling of the room. On the front wall, it was less a wall than a window, the vast clear material spanning across the entire side of the command room. A beautiful depiction of Earth stood just outside, the green and blue globe seeming to hover in the inky blackness of space surrounding it.

A large control panel spread out the length of the room just behind the glass window, buttons and levers mounted all across it. Several other aliens worked on the panel, calmly moving different levers and operating according to their extensive knowledge of the ship. The commander sat in the middle of the panel, his beedy black eyes staring hungrily at 'Earth'.

He wondered sorts of life forms inhabited the planet.

"Your majesty!" He calls out, turning again in the infamous chair, looking upwards towards the loft that stretched around mid-way into the room. It was impossible to see over the ledge, as taller walls stood around the edges of the loft.

"Yes Bardan?" An exasperated voice comes echoing over the loft, the powerful voice of the ship's ruler spilling through the room.

"Y-your majesty," The commander, Bardan, continues, remembering just who he was addressing. "We have come to an unknown planet, one with many lifeforms. Should we proceed to take over?"

"Bardan," The captain responds, sounding tired of the conversation. "What exactly have I told you to do?"

Bardan swallows nervously. "Take over any unknown planet with lifeforms."

"So what are you going to do?"

"T-take over the planet."

"How lovely." The king responds before falling silent, presumably done with the conversation. Bardan nods, turning once again in his chair to look at 'Earth'.

"Brono!" He suddenly calls out, his gaze never leaving the planet in sight before him. His ever faithful servant scurried forward from the corner, nervously bowing.

"Y-yes s-sir?" He stutters, and the commander's eyes flick to him for a second.

"Find out those who rule this 'Earth'." The captain commands, his voice once again imposing as he addressed the many-ranks-below-him servant.

"Y-es sir." Brono answers, bowing quickly and trotting out of the room, running down many a hall. He passed many fellow aliens along the way, all who steered clear of the some how high-positioned alien. There were many, too many to hardly count, aboard the huge spacecraft. In fact, the craft could pass for the size of a small planet. Much smaller than Earth, but thousands of times larger than a giant moon.

Brono continued for multiple minutes trailing through the seeming ever spanning halls, the metallic corridors seemingly something out of a Star Wars movie.

He finally took a long flight of stairs, coming to a large central room, hundreds if not thousands of aliens congregated as they made their way up different stairways and down different halls. The room was arguably one of the largest in the ship, as it was kind of a center point which many used, as it connected lots of hallways and levels of the ship. Brono pushed through the moving crowd, entering one of the larger doors on the side of the enormous circular room.
