The Boss's Nephews

I was stood outside the entrance to paddock 9 where my T-Rex Trixie was kept "you sure you'll be alright Soph?" My overprotective dad asked for the 4th time since leaving the motor cycles "Dad I've worked with her since she was born chillax" he sighed "I know kid it's just she's so..." he was racking his brain looking for the right word "big?" I asked in an amused tone "yeah and your well- your really really really y'know small" he looked at me and I laughed "i'll be fine I've done this before remember" he let out another sigh before pulling me into his chest for a hug which I gladly accepted "I know I know I'm just being paranoid love you" he said before turning away no doubt to go back to his Raptors "Love you too dad" I said before taking out my walkie talkie from my belt (I'll be nice and let you imagine your outfit) "Hey Lowery could you open paddock 9 please" I asked I heard a muffled 'got it' from my waist before getting my clickey thing (idk what it's called sorry if you do let me know in the comments) and taking a deep breath "Trixie mamma brought your food" I heard the faint sound of a dinosaurs footsteps going Stomp Stomp Stomp on the ground before a enormous Grey Tyranosaurs Rex stood infront of me Amber eyes scanning the area "Hey girlie" she huffed in response "alright eyes on me that's it good girl eyes on me" I slowly moved to the left not breaking eye contact with the great beast "that's it you hungry?" She roared loudly and I had to cover my ears with how loud she was "alright alright here" I tossed her a goat not a live one because that would just be cruel "alright now I want to practise that trick we've been trying alright go" I whistled and he large scaly tail snaked around my waist lifting me off the ground and placing me down gently on her back I scooted forwards so I was resting in between her shoulder blades "that was brilliant and I guarantee the audience will love it to I'll be back later for the show okay" she muzzled her snout into my chest as I chuckled "Love you too" I kissed her nose my palm resting on the side of her face stroking it softly "I'll be back promise" with that I stepped outside the paddock as I heard her walking away "Alright Lowery close the gate" I heard a faint 'on it' i was just about to walk off when I heard the sound of clapping coming from behind me I whipped round and came face to face with Claire "That was amazing I love how she doesn't completely tear you to shreds" I laughed I never hated Claire it's just she got a bit irritating okay a bit irritating is an understatement "yeah is there anything I can help you with Claire or can I go prepare for the show?" She sighed "I really hate to ask you this but my nephews Zach and Gray are arriving today and I would really love it if you could show them around Zach is about your age and Gray is I don't know maybe-" I cut her off "Hold up you don't even know your own nephews age?" She looked at the floor ashamed I placed a hand on her shoulder and gave a comforting smile "don't worry about it I got you where can I meet them?" Her face lit up "at the dock meet Zara at the docks" I gave her a teasing salute and made my way over to the docks stopping at the canteen to grab an apple from the cooks

I saw Zara and two boys walking down the path the smaller one had dirty blonde curly hair while the older one had neatly side swept Brown hair there was no denying it he was quite handsome 'wait whattttttttttt' I snapped out of my thoughts when Zara walked up to me the boys trailing behind her "Sophia there you are we've been looking all over for you what happened?" I laughed "sorry Zara got held up with Trixie but hey at least I turned you mean I could be helping my dad but with the Raptors but hey I decided to help out Claire instead" I snapped at her and she immediately backed down mumbling stuff in British "oh how rude of me I'm Sophia Grady one of the trainers here at Jurassic World" the smaller boys smile grew as I said the word 'trainor' "you train dinosaurs COOL what kind what What's their name are they friendly are they a  girl or a boy-" I cut him off by laughing "her names Trixie and you'll find out what type of Dinosaur she is soon bit first lets get you checked into that hotel ey?" Both boys nodded "and by the way I'm Gray and this is Zach but don't bother with him he'll only spend his time eyeing all the girls" he whispered the last part "Well it's lovely to meet you Gray follow me" I lead through the crowds of people Gray sprinted of in front of us while I stood next to Zach Zara trying to catch up "your aunt arranged to meet you at 1 o clock can he slow down?" Her thick British accent echoing from behind us "Nope" Zach replied popping the 'p' "Come on" a very enthusiastic Gray shouted from the escalators once we got to the hotel rooms Zara was handing the boys their wrist bands while I sat on a chair in the corner Gray raced to the window opening the doors to the balcony gasping at the view "beautiful isn't it but come on T-Rex feeding starts in thirty minutes" Gray's eyes widened as he grabbed me hand and pulled me off with him as Zach just rolled his eyes "this way I know a short cut and that way we can loose the boring babysitter" I smirked a famous Grady smirk and led them through the 'staff only' area "alright you two stay here I'll be right back" Gray's giddy expression faded as I said this "where are you going?" Zach asked "you'll see I jogged off and got to the back entrance of paddock 9 where some other staff no clue what their names where handed me my microphone and a bucket of raw meat "good luck kiddo" Barry said as I walked inside the paddock "Good morning ladies and gentlemen and welcome to our 9 o clock T-Rex feeding" I saw Zach and Gray in the audience looking at me shocked "I'm Sophia Grady and today I'll be introducing you to my best friend but first I want to hear you all shout can I get a 'come on out Trixie'?" The children and some parents shouted "I can't hear you" I said in a sing song voice "Alright come on out Trixie" i did our signature whistle and then I heard the familiar stomp of her feet until she came into view I heard many gasps, murmurs and the clicks of camera "good girl this ladies and gentlemen is Trixie the T-Rex she's a 4 year old female and is quite playful once you get to know her" she let out her loudest roar causing some children to squeal "alright alright here" I tossed her some of the meat that was in the bucket "shall we show the boys and girls what we've been practicing?" She huffed in response "alright eyes on me that's it good girl now go" once again her beautiful grey tail snaked around my waist lifting me off the ground and placing me down gently on her back I scooted forwards so I was resting in between her shoulder blades "good girl what did you think of that ladies and gentlemen boy and girls now here comes the fun part Trixie stay still for me" I walked down her back and I slid down her tail once my feet were firmly on the ground I threw her the rest of the contents of the bucket "that's all we have time for today I'm afraid but do come back tomorrow for another feeding" I kissed Trixie's nose then walked out handing my microphone and bucket back to Barry "that was amazing kiddo" he ruffled my hair "thanks Barry but I gotta go tell my dad I'm on babysitting duty for Claire's nephews and I'll see him later" he nodded and wandered off I soon found the boys stood by the glass overlooking paddock 9 "That was awesome you were sat on a T-Rex and kissed one man your so amazing and cool" Gray fangirled while Zach just said "good job that was pretty impressive" I smiled at them "thanks boys now lets go see what else we can do here alright?" And all three of us walked off further into the park.
