☆ The warm, sweet scent of food filled my nose as soon as I walked into the room, the welcoming feeling going into my brain. Bright sunlight flooded in from the windows above, raining down an even greater feeling of warmth onto me. I couldn't help but smile as I eagerly turned the corner of the last wall that separated me from my friends.
In front of me, I spotted Mr. Sunshine as cheery as ever prancing around the room with his tambourine. He was jingling away and singing a tune that was full of happiness. Right next to him, Mr. Lollipop was working on another piece of candy while sitting down at the table. He was tapping his foot to the beat and drumming on the table. While those two were jamming out, Mr. Rainbow was at the stove putting together the last of some golden-brown pancakes. He quickly noticed me and smiled warmly.
"Tord! You're up!" he exclaimed while setting the last bit of food onto a plate. "Perfect timing too, y'know. Got breakfast ready," the brunette gathered up everything and with a hum of a song, set it all down. I didn't need to be told twice to sit with everyone else, I was more than happy too! Cuddling into the chair, I looked out at a breakfast-filled table. Eggs, toast, and who could forget about that bacon?
"You guys made all of this?" I questioned while putting my plate together.
"Yep, we sure did, pal!" Mr. S giggled. He was already putting fork-fulls of pancakes in his mouth, which I quickly noticed were topped with interesting items. It looked like a whole sundae on a pancake, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, sprinkles even. Although, I didn't expect the gummy worms. The ginger noticed I was looking and tilted his head.

"Want some?" he asked. I nodded without another word, really wondering if Mr. Sunshine's creation was any good. The plate slid over the table, stopping in front of me. Making sure I got a little bit of everything, I took a bite. In an instant, I could feel my eyes sparkle with delight.
"That's delicious!" I blurted, Mr. Sunshine smiling wide at me in response.
"It's my Sunny Sundae pancake!" he said proudly.
"Show me how you did it! I don't wanna eat it all,"
"It's alright silly! I don't mind, hehe," conversations like this continued to pop up all over the table. There were laughs and giggles everywhere, a feeling I was so happy to be a part of. I could feel every word become etched into my head, forming a memory in my blank subconscious. I was so happy to have these guys as my friends.
"Alright everyone, here's the plan," Mr. Rainbow suddenly announced, gaining the attention of everyone at the table. With a smile, he stretched out his arms grandly. "Who wants to go out for a day at the falls?" A roar of cheers erupted from the three of us in agreement. This was going to be amazing! I assumed he was talking about Bubble Pop Falls, which I was so excited to see.
"We'll have a picnic, play games, go swimmin', a lot of stuff!" continued the brunette. "So, who's ready?"
"We are!" a voice of unison left Mr. Lollipop, Mr. Sunshine, and I. Beaming, Mr. Rainbow got up from the table.
