Oliver's POV

I go straight to the warehouse where the guy who broke into my house is. It's only a short drive away and when I get there he's tied up and ganged. When I walk in he attempts to smirk at me causing my blood to boil. How dare he?

"Who are you?" I calmly ask, pushing my bubbling anger down, saving it for later with the harder questions. At my calm voice the guy seems to lose some of his confidence making me internally smirk.

"Nobody." He answers, he's prepared for this, I'm sure.

"Who are you?" I repeat, showing no emotion in my scarily calm voice.

"Nobody of consequence." He adds to his previous answer.

"Who do you work for?" I question.

"Willow's boyfriend." His answer shocks me. I'm sure she doesn't have a boyfriend. She never had anyone around her, male or female. I'm 100% sure her life is based on the job she randomly has, although I'm sure she doesn't need it. Her father is stinking rich and so is her mother. Why she has a job is beyond me.

"Who?" I question, my voice somehow getting colder.

"James." He replies, anger bubbles inside me. James was never good enough for her. Why they got together in the first place is yet another question I can't answer. Maybe Willow is right, I really don't know her anymore but I want to. I want my best friend back. The girl who dreamed of helping people, the girl who would call me because her parents were yelling, the girl who my parents adore, the girl who saved me from myself more times then I care to admit, the girl who has a permanent place in my heart. But is she that person anymore? Or has the darkness consumed her?

"They broke up." I state with a confidence I wasn't sure I should have.

"Just a disagreement between a happy couple." The guy smirks.

"Which was?" I ask, my curiosity getting the best of me.

"Wouldn't you like to know?" he smirks. I mentally curse myself, Lukus told me he'd get the answers I longed for, I didn't need this guy to tell me.

"Kill him." I demand. Surprisingly the guy doesn't fight it, he willingly lets my men take him away and I hear the satisfying sound of him crying in pain as he's shot. I call the cleaners and they quickly come, clearing away the evidence.

I drive home, my mind wondering what happened between my sweet Willow and that bastard James.

Willow's POV

I get home and dial James' number, it's obvious he was the person behind the break in I just don't know how or why. He answers after two short rings that seem to last forever.

"Ahh hello my beautiful girlfriend." He answers, his smirk clear in his voice. "I see you've gotten my message."

"What do you want James?" I ask, my voice cold and hard. Pure anger fueling my new found confidence.

"Well Willow," Just the way he says my name sends shivers down my spine. "I want your new friends to back off. I can't have my girlfriend around other guys can I?"

"James..." I start. "We aren't together anymore. You don't have a say in who my friends are."

"Oh don't I? I guess you really don't care about your mother." James is smirking it's clear. It's now that I mentally curse, how could I have not noticed the absents of my mother.

"If you lay one hand on her I'll..." I start.

"You'll what princess?" He cruelly asks, his voice is far too happy for what he's about to say. "Either you ditch your new friends and follow my every command you'll never see your poor mother again."
