Chapter 4

Hermione POV

We went to lunch and I sat down next to Richard. I said Hey Zabdiel I saved you a seat", he said "Thank you" and sat next to me and we started eating, I noticed that he was blushing but I didn't say anything. The rest of the group sat next to me and started eating. I didn't really want to make small talk with the two guys sitting next to me so I just decided to listen to their conversations even though they were speaking in their Native language. I found it quite fascinating that the boys could speak in a different language. Out of nowhere Zabdiel punched Richard's shoulder, I was confused and looked at Zabdiel with puzzled look he looked down at his plate embarrassed and I could hear Richard snickering behind me. I looked at Richard and asked "Richard what did you say to Zabdiel that made him hit you?" He just said "Why don't you ask Zabdiel." I looked back at Zabdiel

Zabdiel POV

When I was walking to the table Hermione said she saved a spot for me she was sitting next to Richard and I couldn't help but blush I said Thank you and sat down to eat. I think he saw me blush when Hermione said she saved me a seat because Richard started teasing me. I looked at him and punched his shoulder. Hermione looked at me very confused and I looked down embarrassed. Then Hermione asked what he said that made me hit him and I looked down and told her what he said, when I told her she looked at Richard in a very threatening way as if she was defending me.

Richard POV

I saw Zabdiel blushing when Hermione said she saved a spot for him so I decided to have some fun and embarrass him in front of her and I said in Spanish " Mírate a ti y a tu novia" I said joking around and he hit my shoulder and started blushing again and said "Cállate, no es mi novia". I laughed and said "si claro". Hermione asked what I said to him and I just said to ask him, when she did she looked at me in threatening way and said "Its not very funny to tease and embarrass your friend like that." She also said it in a stern voice and I was a little scared that she might hex me or something but I just apologized to Zabdiel and started talking to Chris about the situation that just happened because he asked what was going on so I explained.
(Translation: Look at you and your girlfriend, Shut up she's not my girlfriend, sure)

Hermione POV

When Zabdiel told me what Richard said I was upset but also a little confused on why Richard would assume that. I turned to Richard and told it was not nice of him to assume that and to embarrass his friend like that and he looked as if a was going to hit him or something. He just apologized to Zabdiel and started talking to Chris in Spanish, Zabdiel whispered in my ear thanks and I was blushing like crazy but I managed to hide it from him and said no problem. I finished eating my lunch and started reading a book I brought with me and waited for the rest of the guys to finish eating so we can go back to the common room together.

Zabdiel POV

When Hermione told off Richard he apologized and to me and started to talk to Chris, I thanked Hermione for defending me and she said no problem and she finished eating and started reading a book. For some reason I could sense someone was staring at me so I looked around and I saw it was Fred who was staring at me in a very upset way but I smiled awkwardly and finished my lunch. When I was around Fred it felt as if I had done something bad to him. I tried to ignore the feeling but always came back when I was around him and I didn't like it.

Fred POV

When I got to the great hall I saw Hermione sitting with the new students and I started to tense up just looking at her blushing at Zabdiel. George noticed and put his hand on my shoulder and said "Lets just eat and we can prank them after lunch" he tried to calm me down. I did but I kept looking in Hermione's direction, while I was eating I looked up and saw that Zabdiel turned to me and I gave him a threatening look and he smiled awkwardly and finished eating. I finished as well and so did George so I looked at him and said "Come on lets go think of what prank we can pull on the new students" "Yeah lets go" and with that we left the great hall to start planning.
