Hope then got off her phone and at that moment where the door to the operating centre opened...

The nurses and doctor walked out together taking off their scrubs along with another group of them pushing Josie out the operating theatre.
Hope and the adults watched her get pushed away. All their eyes filled with worry.
Then another doctor came out and said “Who here is Josette Mikaelson’s family member?”
“Me! I’m her wife!” Hope acknowledged.
“Well then Mrs Mikaelson, the surgery went well but please make sure your wife rests a lot.” The doctor informed her.
This made Hope and the adults sigh in relief.
“Thank you! Can I go see her?” Hope asked.
“No problem. I’ll bring you to her room.”
Hope and the adults then followed the doctor until they stopped outside the room.
The doctor then excused himself as he had other patients to attend to.
Hope went in the room looking at an unconscious Josie on the bed. Hope walked closer to her sitting at the side of the bed , taking her hand and giving it a small and light kiss.
A tear rolled down her cheeks as she hoped that her wife would open her eyes and say that she was alright. Hope reassurance from Josie. She couldn’t live without her. She needed her… Just by all the thinking made her start sobbing and she couldn’t stop…
Caroline handed Emrys to Klaus as she walked towards Hope. Caroline put her arm on Hope’s shoulder hoping to reassure her that she wasn’t alone and that everything will be fine.
Hope turned around with her tear streaked face looking at Caroline. Caroline immediately engulfed her with a big and warm hug, not sure whether it was because Hope was too emotional to think or it was that she was finally comfortable to call her that…
“Mom! What do i do… i mean Josie looks fine but it hurts to see her like this…” Hope cried.
“Shhh… it’s alright sweetie… Josie’s strong and I know it hurts but everything will be okay once she wakes up.” Caroline reassured Hope.
Before anyone could realise a familiar voice filled the room.
“You called my mom, mom. Finally…” Josie said with her raspy voice as if she just woke up from a sleep.(WAIT yea technically she did just wake up from a sleep…)
“OMG JO!!” Hope exclaimed.
“Are you okay darling?” Klaus asked.
“Yea I’m fine dad, just a little tired..” Josie replied.
Klaus’s heart melted the moment Josie called him dad, it was her first as well.
Hope pulled Josie close to her and gave her a hug and kissed her forehead relieved that her wife is finally awake and alright.
