New Student

Mari POV

Today is the first day of the school year.....yay. I'm especially dreading this year because all my friends left school. After me and Adrien unmasked hawkmoth he was arrested, but Adrien left Paris under a new identity. Chloe went to New York with her mum because her dad lost the last election and was going too. Kagami's mother forced her to go to a year long fencing tournament last month. And luka went on a three year long tour with uncle Jagged since his music career skyrocketed.

I got up later than usual so everyone but the teacher will be there. I'm wearing a black high wasted pleated skirt that reaches mid thigh and  a plain over size red long sleeve tucked into the skirt. The ring I made in Gotham. And ofcouse a little black bag for tikki.

So here I am about to go to school where everyone either ignores me or hates me.

I walk into class and almost immediately I am given dirty looks by lila's followers.
"LOOK EVERYONE ITS THE FAG." screams alya.

I just walk up to my seat in the back of the class.

Usually tikki will say something quite enough for only me to hear but today she didn't.
'Weird I should check on her'
'Oh she's asleep' I'm pulled out of my thoughts by the sound of horrific snorting meant to be a giggle by Lila. She is saying.
"Me and damiboo used to run around the manor all the time-"

'Ugh she's talking about her 'damiboo' again' lila started lying about other people such as me MDC the fashion designer or the richest family in Gotham the Wayne's even going as far as to say she was dating Damien.

Damien POV

Well today is the first day of this new school. I'm really not looking forward to it.

I'm wearing a simple black T-shirt and dark grey jeans. And the ring marigold gave me.

I walk up to the classroom door. Inside I can hear something about a damiboo? Then the teacher Ms. Bustier I think says " Okay class settle down there is a new student joining us Lila you will be especially happy with who it is"
'What and who the fuck is Lila' I walk in " Please introduce yourself"

"I'm Damien yes Damien Wayne and I'm not looking for friends."

A sausage hair girl looks frozen the says in a sickly sweet voice.
"Damiboo so nice too see you again"

"I'm sorry who are you?" I say venom lacing my tongue.

As I walk away I hear her say something like
"We got in a fight a few days ago"

I sit in the back with a girl and I immediately notice her ring.

"Marigold" I say barely a whisper.
