The run was quiet. As they went further inside the marsh lands the fog only grew thicker and it became harder to see the examiner. Mirajane quickly sped up and was now up front and had a better view of the examiner's back.

"Gon...."

"Hm?"

"Let's move up."

"Okay. We don't want to lose sight of the examiner."

"I'm more concerned with increasing the distance between Hisoka and us. Staying too close with him is dangerous. I can smell it in the air." Killua explained.

Tak tak tak*

"Oi Mirajane."

Recognizing the voice who called her name, she turned her head a bit only to be able to glance at the boys behinds her before she gave them a curt nod.

"Hello you two. Where's Kurapika and Leorio?" Mirajane glanced around behind them and found no other peopleother than Gon and Killua.

"I've been hearing screams all around us. I'm worried."

Gon and Killua suddenly got quiet and somehow stopped running. Mirajane ran slowly and turned her head just see them get swallowed. She was a good 10 meter away   from them making her eyes widen in shock and horror. Full of rage, she ran back just as the huge frog got up.

Quickly utilizing her Take over magic: Satan Soul, she jabbed the frogs head Hard, making it die in an instant with its head squashed. She growled while she grossly ripped its mouth open forcing it to stretch wide before yanking the two boys from its stomach. She quickly detransform before they could see what happened as to not scare them. The stench was filthy and what she did was grotesque but she saved them. She saved them.

"Uwah it stinks!" Killua exclaimed in frustration.

"We got eaten!" Gon cried out.

"Obviously."

Bang*

"What was that? What's happening?!" Gon darted his eyes around the creatures stomach.

"I think it's getting attacked." Killua answered.

Rip*

"Gross!"

"Wait what the-"

The creature's stomach was almost devoid of light that they could barely see when a silhouette, grabbed both their arms and quickly pulling them out from the creature's stomach. Eyes closed on reflex as they got yanked and then landed butt first on the floor. Killua silently grumbled as he and Gon hoisted themselves up. Opening his eyes, he and Gon saw Mirajane standing infront of the creature's dead and squashed head, her eyes was closed, she was breathing heavily, her nails were almost drawing out blood from her palms before she exhales loudly then turning to smile softly at the boys.

"Let's go?" Mirajane asked as she jogged to where Satotz probably ran off to. Without saying anything they followed her wordlessly, not wanting to ask about what happened since clearly she doesn't want to answer.

After 3 minutes of running in the thick fog to where Satotz presumably headed, Gon broke the silence.

"I'm still worried about Leorio and Kurapika." Gon blurted out.
