"Next act, get ready!" The stage hand shouted

"Angel!" Aunt Lisa called

"Yes?" I answer

"I need you to do me a favour"

"What is it?"

"There's a band going on soon and I need you to help the get ready"

"Okay, which band?"

"Astrid Valley" she said as she walked into the crowed of people. Astrid Valley is rumored to be a band that makes great music, but their lead sinnger has a shitty attitude that ruins it, no one else in this whole place would do the task I had at hand. If anyone other than Aunt Lisa asked me I would refuse, she owns the place and is as bad ass as they come meaning if I refused she'd kick my ass into next week. before you think she's cruel with me she's not she's actually the exact opposite she just take her business very seriously.

I looked for the right room and opened the door, there was a guy sitting in a chair infront of the mirrored table scrolling through his phone. He looked no more than twenty two, and had medium length brown hair the lighting was to dim to tell what colour his eyes were and he had a jaw line so sharp it could cut diamonds. He wore all black, black tight jeans, black t shirt and and a biker style leather jacket. I'll admit he looked hot, no doubt about it until he spoke.

"Are you just going to stand there or are you going to do your job?" he said drily eyes never leaving his phone, I rolled my eyes at his statment.

"No because I don't really care for your attitude" I said as I turned around to leave

"You're going to get fired for this"

"I can't get fired"

"And why is that?"

"Because, in order to get fired you need to be an employee, I don't get payed therefore I don't work here" I answered. That part was true I just help aunt Lisa out on friday nights and week ends.

"So what are you an intern or something"

"That's none of your business, and that attitude is going to get you nowhere"

"It's gotten me plenty of places"

"Yeah, I bet girls love the bad boy doesn't care about anything persona"

"I bet you would" he said eyeing me up and down

"I doubt it" I scoffed and he got up from the chair setting his phone on the table and stepped towards me my heartbeat started to quicken. He's quite tall in comparision to my 5"5' figure.

"What's your name?" he asked slightly smirking. Did I want to tell this dip wad my name? No. Will I? Most likely yes.

"Angel" I say trying to avoid eye contact

"Well, Angel do make you neverous?" he said getting closer

"No, it's just you're getting awfully close for someone I don't know" I say trying to look not phased by him. The door opened and another guy walked in he was about the same hieght as the dip wad but his hair was much shorter and blonder, although he wore all black as well he was just as good looking.

"Man, stop terorizing the staff" the new guy said jokingly, but something about the way he said it lead me to believe there was some truth behind it.

"Fuck you Harris!" the dip wad said walking back to his chair.

"Sorry about him, it's his time of the month" the new guy, or Harris, says while smiling at me, clearly ammused with his joke.

"It's okay, can I get you anything" I asked suddenly remembering why I was there

"No you don't have to do that" Harris said

"I kind of have to, it's my job"

"Well, in that case a water would be good" he said

"Make that two" the dip wad said as I walked out of the room and down the busy hall to the table with refreshmentsand grabbed two bottles of water one of aunt Lisa's rules, if they ask for water make sure it's ALWAYS room temperature unless said otherwise. Speak of the devil.

"How's the band?" aunt Lisa asks

"Normal I suppose"

"Good, make sure they're happy"

"Why?" i asked running a hand through my straight brown shoulder length hair finally getting the shorter layers out of my face.

"They got signed last month and now there the opening act for a big name band, and in a couple months when the start planing there own tour they need to pick venues, understand yet?" She said in a sort of annoyed tone.

"Yeah, I get it loud and clear" she nodded before walking back into the crowed of people, I hate it when she does that. I started making my way back to the room passing stage hands, security and other preformers.

Upon my entering I noticed two more guys sitting on the old couch in the corner one had hair similar to Harris' but brown the other had dark sholder length hair, they also wore black but with refreshing bits of blue and white and obviously just as attractive. Harris smiled and gave a slight nod to me.

"Hey...wait whats her name?" he said looking from me to the dip wad

"Angel" dip wad said still eyes never leaving his phone

"Oh, pretty!" the brown haired boy said as I handed Harris the water

"I'm Mason," the brown haired boy said "That's Archer," pointing to the dark haired one "And I believe you already met Harris and Derek" again pointing to the others as I sit down next to, who I believe is Mason.

"Nice to meet you"

"So how old are you?" Mason asked

"Eighteen, you?"

"nineteen" I nodded along and learned some things about them like Derek is the oldest at 21 followed by Harris at 20 and Archer tied at 19 with Mason. Also that he plays bass, Archer play guitar, Harris plays drums and Derek is the lead singer and guitar.

"So what are you guys working on?" I asked genuinly interested

"The lable wants us to do a cover and then we get to make a video"

"That sounds cool" I said genually interested, I was a huge punk goes pop fan.

The rest of the night went pretty much the same way, talking about random things. Until they went on stage to preform. we talked a bit afterwards they were actually pretty cool guys, Derek being the one exception.
