APPEARANCE In her human form, Kiyone appears as a young teenager with long, neat hair. Her hair is colored brown both in the anime and manga colorations.
She is the same height as Yukine, meaning she is shorter than Yato and Hiyori. She was always known as a short girl, this was due to malnutrition from the ignorance and abuse from her parents in her human life.
Upon her first summoning, Kiyone wears a simple white kimono. She is later depicted with a purple hoodie with a loose grey pants. Later she changes to a gray dress with a pink zipper jacket and brown boots Hiyori gave her.
PERSONALITY Kiyone is first portrayed as a shy and quiet girl who barely spoke at all. She is just confused on how she is used a power for Yato. Though, Kiyone does get upset about being dead, she accepts it tries her best to serve Yato as his Insignia.
Later, Kiyone becomes more talkative and is described as a kind and caring girl who helps everyone.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES Kiyoneis a very powerful Insignia. An Insignia is a power that a God can posses that helps a Shinki Weapon in battle.
Kiyone's power form is a blue flame that only affects phantoms. Yato can use her and Yukine at the same time which creates a powerful attack or use them separately which are both just a powerful. She is in the form of dark blue stud earrings that give yato control of her flames.
