gemma is one of the 44 children who were all born on the 12th hour of the first day of october 1989 to mothers without any previous signs of pregnancy. the baby was one of eight adopted by sir reginald hargreeves with the intention of training them to save the world. her father sent her to the future to retrieve five but when they made it back they were in their 13 year old bodies.
PERSONALITY
gemma is a kind and caring girl who shares deep love for all her siblings. she is also quiet and confused in the world since being sealed. she shows sympathy to those who have trouble. she does have a mean side to her and can get quiet angry. adding on, she is also quite manipulative. she tends to he childish and cracks jokes with klaus.

elemental control- gemma is able to control and create fire, water, air, and earth whenever and however she wants.
RELATIONSHIPS
vanya- gemma was very close to vanya and was one of the only siblings who didn't ignore her. vanya waited for five and gemma to come back.
five- five and gemma were close as kids but not very like vanya and her. but when they realize that they are both kids with adult consciousness they become closer to try to get back. (platonic relationship)
diego- the two weren't extremely close but still loved each other as siblings.
