Naoka Seiko is one of the last members of the Seiko clan after her clan was wiped out by Itachi and her brother Haruki. Naoka is apart of the Seiko Clan which is a joint clan with the Uchihas. Meaning, the two clans work together and have joined together, though they are still separate.
BACKGROUND The Seiko clan is a clan that is focused on using your psyche and mind as a form of combat and fighting.
PERSONALITY
Naoka was a happy and cheerful girl until the attack happened. That has changed her greatly. Though she isn't serious a lot like her teammate Sasuke, she is more neutral and doesn't show lots of emotion. Although, she still tries to smile and be happy for the benefit of others.

APPEARANCE
She has pale skin and dark black hair that is in a low ponytail. She wears a neutral pink color top with grey sleeves attached and a dark colored bottom. She wears the leaf village headband on her forehead. (I forgot to draw it)

Her Clan Style
Her style specializes is Psyche Release which is to do with your own psyche which in short terms telekinesis or pshycokinesis which everyone in the clan has a blue aura around whatever they are controlling.

COMBAT (Taijutsu) She is good at close hand to hand combat and distance combat. As well as using her legs to kick with brute force.
NINJUTSU Naoka's ninjutsu is highly skilled.
GENJUTSU Naoka is highly intelligent, though sometimes she gets confused in genjutsus.
RELATIONSHIPS
Naruto Uzumaki - Naruto is thankful to Naoka because Naoka was one of the few people in the village who didn't ignore or rudely talk to him.
Sasuke Uchiha - The Seiko clan and Uchiha clans are joint and ally's. Naoka and Sasuke grew up together as their clans were together and their parents were friends. They had become best friends and hung out everyday. Though when their clans were wiped out, they became distant. Being in the same team rekindled their friendship.
Sakura Haruno - At first, Sakura didn't like when they were younger, how Sasuke and Naoka would hang out a lot. But when the two were put on the same team, Sakura became close to Naoka and admired her.
Kakashi Hattake - Kakashi sees himself in Naoka as well as Obito. He knows Naoka is strong and won't loose hope.
