The Lone Witch [Black Butler]

Chapt. 1

The birds chirp just right outside my window telling me to wake up and that it's time for school. 'Great...' I drag myself out of bed and open a window to let some air in because it was stuffy in my room. 

After taking a shower, I get dressed in a royal blue long sleeve sailor school uniform and black thigh highs. I don't go to any private school, but this is what I like to wear to school. 

I live alone and my house is located in the forest side that is not too far away from the school. So yes, I walk to school. And I'm also a Witch. 

It's not likely for a Witch to go to school, but I go there for education. I don't have anything else better to do in life if I'm being honest. But if I am being honest, school is no picnic either. 

Everyday it's a warzone. 

As I finally got to school, I went straight to my locker to grab what I needed so I can head to class. As I am grabbing my things, my locker door is slammed closed and my head is bashed against it. 

I grunt and sink to the floor while holding my head in pain. while my head was throbbing I hear laughter and snickering coming from in front of me. "Hey Melody~" 

I know that voice well enough... "Molly..." I say her name out loud and look at her with a slight glare. Behind her are 3 others girls who happen to be her minions, so called friends. 

"Sorry for the 'little push'. Didn't see you there~" She snickers. 

"Yeah, sure..." I mutter before sighing and grabbing my books that I dropped on the floor. "Don't you ever get tired of picking on me? It's getting really old." 

"Seeing you suffer makes my day a lot better." Molly smirks at me and grabs a handful of my hair so that I am looking at her dead in the eyes. "Especially that stunt you pulled." 

"What are you talking about?" I blink in confusion. 

"Don't act like you don't know. My boyfriend." She glares. 

"If you're talking about me seducing him, I wasn't. And I wasn't interested in him in the first place. I told you this and you didn't believe me! And I told you I didn't sleep with him!" I shouted.  

"Yeah, right. You're just a little bitch in heat. You'll sleep with any guy that catches your eye!" Molly throws me against the lockers and kicks me in the stomach. After that one kick to the stomach, her friends jump in and start beating me. 

I didn't know how long the beating went on for, but when we heard the bell rang they stopped. The girls step away from my curled up body as I continue to shield my face with my arms. 

I feel Molly grab my hair again and she growls, "Learn your place or next time I'll beat you to death." Then throws me against the lockers again before leaving. 

I stay lying on the floor until I feel like moving again and grab my things before heading to class. Rumors and beatings like this hasn't stopped through high school for me. But I've dealt with it for so long that it gets old. But I always have fresh bruises and scars. 

There was no trouble in class because I always sit in the back and I don't talk to anybody. Even at lunch I eat  alone at an empty table or eat outside because nobody goes outside to eat their lunch. 

When lunch was over, I went to my locker to put away my books. But when I got there, my locker was a wreck. There was going writing and dents on my locker.
