Doxy

Morgan Kendall and I met up to make our way to Hagrid's for class we were all excited since we would be getting our magical creatures for the week. As we approached I seen my partner sitting there with a doxy in his hand and for maybe once in a blue moon I seen a small smile on his face. "Nooooo I want a basilisk." I joked as I walked up to Malfoy imitating how he reacted when I wanted a doxy instead. "I can't lie it's kinda cute." Malfoy said. "Am I believing my ears right now? Draco Malfoy just called a creature cute." I laughed maybe too hard. "Don't get use to it, it's just nice and seems simple." He shrugged. "Maybe you should try and act more like the doxy then." I joked but Malfoy didn't find this funny. "I am nice. Just not to blood traitors like you." He sneered. There it is the Malfoy I know the most annoying git on the planet. I just rolled my eyes in response. Hagrid began talking "Alright so today I want you and your partner to get familiar with your creature find out what it likes and dislikes make a list and turn it into me at the end of the class." He grinned. Great I get to spend all class trying to figure out what this doxy likes with Malfoy lucky me. "It likes apples." He spoke "apples?" I questioned back. "Yes apples are you deaf I gave it some and it doesn't like loud noises." He said. "Okay anything else?" I raised my brow at him. "Actually yeah but I need to talk to you about something else." "And that is?" I asked. "I didn't mean to be such a dick earlier I just woke up in a bad mood." He said. Did Malfoy just semi apologize to me? I surely must be dreaming. "It's fine you don't have to explain yourself." I said back. "No I was a dick all morning to you for no reason. I don't hate you I just hate the fact that your a blood traitor but other than that your pretty alright." He said. Wow Malfoy such a way with words I thought in my head. "I just don't see why blood status is such a big deal I mean we're all the same on the inside." I said back a little defensively. I expected him to retort back but he hummed in response. Weird honestly maybe he's starting to see that we're all just the same. Before I knew it class was over and we were dismissed. "Well I'm taking doxy back with me and tell your friends we're having a little get together in my dorm tonight if you guys are up to it, I expect you know where I stay." He said with a smirk referring to the other night. "Yeah I'm sure they will be down but we will bring company." I said back he just nodded and we parted ways as I met up with Kendall and Morgan as we began to trudge to the castle.

"Well ladies get together in Malfoy's room tonight bring your lovebirds." I said smiling. "Thank god I need a drink I hope Blaise has weed." Morgan smiled. "If he doesn't I'm sure Ron can get some." Kendall said back. We all nodded. "So we all get ready together in my room?" Morgan asked. "Yeah that's fine." I said back. "Can we look hot tonight please I want Ron to forget all about those stupid angelic girls." Kendall rolled her eyes cause me and Morgan to giggle. "Of course we can look hot even though you could wear a trash bag and look hot." Morgan joked. "Shorts and crop tops?" Kendall asked. "That will do." I smiled back. Or so we thought that would do. "Do my make up for me as well will you guys?" Kendall has always been more of a natural girl but she looks beautiful either way. "Of course." Morgan smiled. After talking a little bit more about how we hope the night goes we all parted ways going to classes. Classes went by in a blur as my mind was more on the get together tonight. It was already time for dinner so I took a seat waiting for Kendall to arrive. "You coming tonight?" Blaise asked. "Of course." I smiled back, me and Blaise have always been friends he's the best person to be around at a party or really just in general. He was one of those guys that could make you laugh until your belly hurt and he always had a smile on his face, he was cute as well but I valued our friendship too much to ever make anything else out of it. "Want to know a secret." He whispered to me smirking. "Sure" I smiled back. "I think my buddy has a crush on you." "He doesn't he just likes to annoy me." I said back cooly. "No I don't think that's it I think he doesn't know how to handle you so he tries to stay away but simply can't." He smiles back before I could say anything back Malfoy appeared in front of Blaise taking a seat, Blaise leaned over and said "make sure to bring Granger tonight." With a smile on his face. Honestly I felt like Hermione needed someone like Blaise in her life maybe to help her unwind a bit. I felt someone tug onto my shirt and was greeted by Kendall with a look of disgust on her face. "We were literally talking having a nice conversation and then one of those stupid girls so by and it's like I'm a damn ghost." She nearly screeched. "Don't worry after tonight he won't do that anymore and if he does I'll rip his balls off besides your way hotter than any Beauxbaton here." I smiled. "Oi ripping balls off are we Kerrie." Blaise teased. "Seems so if Kendalls little ginger lover boy don't stop glaring at those girls." I signaled over at the Beauxbaton girls. "They are hot you can blame him." Malfoy spoke. Really Malfoy can you not tell when to keep your mouth shut. "No they aren't, Kendall here is way hotter." I retorted back. "Yeah our little ball of sunshine is much hotter." Blaise smiled. Thank Merlin for Blaise. Food began appearing in front of us as we all ate and made small talk. Mainly about the plans tonight, Blaise had me on a mission to get weed from the twins while he already had his stash of alcohol in his room. The twins love me so I shouldn't be that hard. After finishing up eating Kendall went to grab some outfits for us to bring to Morgan's while I approached the twins. "Ah what can we do for our lovely little Kerrie?" George spoke sweetly. "Oh come on Georgie you know she's here for the good stuff and by good stuff I mean me." Fred said as he winked my way. I looked a George the way I looked at Blaise, but Fred something about him intrigued me he was witty and cool and always knew how to get a party going. I always have had a crush on him but I don't think he sees me that way so I brush it off. "You wish Freddie." I joked. "I need some herb if you know what I mean." I said. "Oh we know what you mean princess." Fred winked. "Since your our favorite this ones on the house follow us." George said as we made our way to the Gryfindor common room. As we walked in we bumped into the golden trio. "Oh in case Ron hasn't told you guys were having a get together in Malfoys tonight Hermione I'm sure Blaise would love to see you there." I smiled. "Ugh Malfoys seriously?" Harry said annoyed. What children they both are honestly. "Harry I'm sure Pans would really want you to be there." I said trying to convince him. He nodded which indicated it worked, we said goodbyes as I followed the twins to their room. "So party aye?" Fred asked. "No just a small get together." I said back. "Got room for two more? Ya know since I could easily not give you this." George smiled holding up the baggie with green in it. "Of course always room for my favorite twins." I smiled back. I told them the details before heading off to the Hufflepuff common room and getting ready.
