Jennie's POV

I lost my wife, my partner in crime, at a very young age from a medical condition that nobody knew about. It happened in such a snap that nobody could believe it.

I used to walk the beach and burst into tears because she could never come and walk it with me again.

I kept thinking about all of the future events that would never happen, and I couldn’t find peace and acceptance.

I asked questions like “why me?” and “how?” and didn’t receive any answers.

One day while I was sitting in my garden, playing with my dogs, and wishing that lisa could be here to enjoy the day with me, the answer that I was waiting for came to me:

He was there in the garden, in the air, in the wind, in the sunshine, in the leaves of the trees, in my heart.

Its been a year since lisa died. Im here beside her tomb with flowers and foods, cause its our anniversary today and tomorrow is her death anniversary.

Lisayahh how have you been?  i ask even tho i know that no one will reply.

I miss you, i have a lot of things that wanted to tell you.

Ella she's with your parents right now then tomorrow we will come here again, jisoo and chaeng are engage now.

Lisa i know its almost a year but its still hard to accept, there are times that i will just cry knowing that your not beside me, but i know you want me to accept it so i did.

Oh i forgot i brought cake lis, i opened the box of cake then lightened the candle.

Happy anniversary lili, i was about to blow the candle but a cold wind come passing by.

Yahh you didn't wait me lisayahh.... I know its her i can feel it since i came.

I just smile and put the cake down, i sliced it and put some on my plate and to the other plate, here lisa lets eat.

While eating i opened my phone and played some song, i just put it down and let it decide what will play next.

I was about to eat the last peace of the cake on my plate but i heard the first lyrics of the song.

After that i turned off my phone.

After a while it suddenly rained I ran back to the car to put my belongings before returning to lisa's grave.
I don't care if I get wet in the rain, the important thing is that I can stay here with Lisa even if she's not around.

Then i realized that its not just the rain that is running down my face its rain with tears.

I'd be lying if I said I was totally okay with this, In the reality that your gone.

Sorry lisa because I'm crying again here in front of your grave, But I'm also happy because I know you're safe and you're happy there too.

I wish i can, If only I could have you back for just a little while then we could sit and talk again just like we use to do. You always meant so very much and always will do too. The fact that you’re no longer here will always cause me pain but you’re forever in my heart, because if i just have a chance i will not waste any second because i want to see you again i want to hug and kiss you again, i want to tell you that i still love you lisa. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, and your love leaves a memory no one can steal.

I'm thinking of you always; I love you; I wish you were here…in my arms. I will wait for you until the next lifetime until our souls will meet again, cause I believe that if we are really meant for each other love will find its way. 

Lisa my love Heaven needed an angel and God sent for you.

Life may lead me to new and different paths, meet new friends, learn new things, but this will remain true,wherever life takes me, I'll always remember the path where I met you lili.

Gone are the days, we used to share but in my heart you are always there. My memories of you will never close I miss you more than anyone knows.

I closed my eyes in peace then the rain stops and the sun starts to shine again. Then i heard a voice.

I miss that voice.
