LAUREN'S POV

I woke up to a buzzing noise on my nightstand making me groan and look at the alarm clock with squinted eyes and see that it's only 6:00 in the morning I pull the covers back up and try to drown out the noise and try to fell back asleep when it buzzes again making me curse

"Who the fuck is this?!" I snapped at whoever it was not looking at the caller id because I don't fucking care

"Oh, s-sorry I didn't mean to wake you up, I'll hang up now"I hear my girlfriend's voice from the other line making me wake up instantly, because honestly? I feel shit snapping at my baby

" No no, babe, sorry I didn't know it was you, I didn't look at the Id," I said quickly before she hangs up

"It's ok, I'll just talk to you later"

"Baby, tell me what's wrong"

"It may sound crazy and ridiculous... But I miss you" She said in a small voice making me smile at her cuteness

"Aww, baby... I miss you too, but why are you up?"

"I woke up at like 5:15 and I go down to find something to eat because I was hungry... I found some leftover barbecue we had last night and I ate it, but then I got bored and went back to my room, but then I remembered that we don't have wifi here, but I noticed a signal so I didn't think twice so I call you but I didn't remember that it was too early and that you're asleep" Camila said making me grin at her more

"Well, it's ok baby, you're bored and I'm just sleeping, I can sleep more later, but I can't get to talk to you more later because well, your family will wake up soon"

"Ughh, I remember, dad said we're going on a hiking later at 7:30 so we better be up at 7" I laugh a little because I can feel that she's rolling her eyes

"It's good for you Camzi, and it is good for your health, it's not like you get to see so many trees, mountains, some plants, and lakes here in Miami, so you better enjoy it," I said sternly making her laugh

"Yeah, you're right, I breathe so much air-conditioning... Hmm, I want some burger baby"

"Oh, now you want a burger, what are you pregnant? Craving things all of a Sudden" I laugh a little but instantly died down

"You're n-not pregnant are you?" I asked nervously

There's a long pause on the other line making my heart beat out of my chest

"Lauren..." Camila Trailed off making me sit up and bite my fingernails

"Lauren, I am not pregnant, baby. I'm on the pill and you use condoms whenever we did the deed we didn't use a condom only like twice" She answered making me release a huge breath but still nervous for some reason

"Are you sure?"
"Of course, If you want I'll buy some PT once we get back, is that ok?"

"Yeah, that's fine babe" I replied before laying back down and close my eyes for a moment before I accidentally yawn

"You should go back to sleep, I'll just talk to you later? And I need to take a real quick nap before dad barges in here and wake me up"

"Ok, talk to you later, be safe on the hiking ok? Miss you" I said quickly making Camila chuckle

"Of course babe, eat your breakfast, and enjoy your day with your brothers, miss you too," She said

We waited for about a few seconds on who will hang up but none of us did making us both chuckle

Before we hang up the phone

I sigh and look at the ceiling before closing my eyes and drifted back to sleep
