jaemin woke up because of jisung the next day.

"sorry, hyung." the maknae told when he noticed jaemin's eyes opened.

"it's okay. i needed to wake up not too late anyway."

jaemin headed to the kitchen in his pyjamas, not expecting to see his manager.

"oh, jaemin! hello."

"hello." jaemin bowed.

"is jeno up?" the manager asked.

"i don't think so..." jaemin shrugged, switching the coffee machine on.

"can you please wake him up? the shooting of 'misfit' starts today. i'll prepare your coffee."

jaemin nodded, bowing his head again before walking towards jeno and donghyuck's room.

he opened the door, and as he was about to call jeno's name, the words got stuck in his throat at the sight in front of him.

jeno wasn't alone in his bed.

he was hugging a male figure.

jaemin approached the bed to have a clearer view of the two boys.

it was renjun.

both boys were sleeping completely entangled, with smiles on their faces, as if they just spent the best night ever.

a lump formed into jamein's throat as his heart stopped beating for a while.

he walked out of the room as silent as possible, closing the door behind his back.

the feeling that had just blossomed into his body was horrible and uncomfortable.

he didn't even understand why...

jeno and him used to be the best of friends.

they used to be glued to the hip, never leaving each other's side.

and then, renjun arrived.

jaemin didn't mind at first.
