Stephanie couldn't believe what she saw on her doorstep. Sure, she was expecting a handyman but not...him.

From his light caramel colored skin, to his in-distinctive freckles, his tattoos that covered his neck, even tracing back to his beautiful brown eyes. To his perfect, pink plush lips...

Even in a handyman suit, Stephanie found him to be quite handsome. Down to the deep tone in his voice that only spoke of one sentence. It was slightly raspy, with a slight touch of southern love.

Like from back home...

Stephanie's breath was pacing and she didn't know why. And Christopher, squinting his eyes in confusion of her prolonged staring asks politely, "Um, ma'am, you want me to come another time?"

Stephanie took his question to be the complete opposite of what he was asking...replaying the dirty thoughts that already flurried her mind.

"Yes! I mean...no, no! I'm sorry I'm just...it's been a long day- you-why don't you...please" Stephanie scoffs, opening the door as she stood aside, "I'm so sorry, please, come in" The butterflies increases in her stomach as she felt slightly embarrassed by her constant stuttering.

Christopher walks in, briefly observing the home. He nods in, 'awe' of what he sees.

He looks back at Stephanie, cocking his head to the side slightly, observing her body language. Still in confusion, he asks himself, is she nervous? Hoping he didn't come at a bad time and interrupt anything important.

A beautiful woman though, he believes. But he knows he's on a tight leash with the judge and doesn't wanna be bothered being thrown back in bars.

And besides...she's married.

And even though it's only been a couple days of freedom on the outside it felt like heaven to Christopher.

And the justice of being treated fairly, like an actual decent human being is one thing that he didn't want to mishandle.

His main focus is getting by these five months trouble-free. His pleasures for a woman will come in due time.

"Would you like anything to drink?" Stephanie asks shakily. She's getting frustrated at herself for acting so antsy but she couldn't help it.

What's causing this sudden effect?

Him...it's him. It's gotta be him.

Christopher nods his head with a small smile, "Later, would be nice. Seeming to have a hot water problem?"

Stephanie chuckles embarrassingly, knowing he's not a visitor, he's a handyman, waiting to do his job, she quickly walks in front of him, "Right! The hot water has been a problem these past few days and it started right when we moved in. Upstairs? I'll show you" Stephanie explains with a small smile.

Stephanie felt so nervous walking in front of him and again, she didn't know why. It was different for some reason with this man, coming to fix these problems in the house when it already felt like more.

But Stephanie couldn't deny the attraction she already had linked to him.

On the inside, Christopher found himself wanting to chuckle at Stephanie's persona. It was shy, observed, but full of personality it seems.
