(the next day)

today was the day we go see the house.
p| BABY!
he shouted from the bottom of the stairs.
a| IM ALMOST READY
he ran upstairs and said
p| give me a kiss
he bent down and kissed me.
i was tying my shoe and i kissed him when i was done.
a| i'm donneeee
p| let's go beautiful.
i smiled and he picked me up.
p| so the plan is, we're going to starbucks to get you treats because i love you and then we're going to the house.
a| okiee.
he carried me to the car and we drove to starbucks.
p| bubs
a| yes.
he put his hand on my thigh and it gave me butterflies.
p|what do you want from starbucks?
a| you know my order
i giggled
p| i know your drink order but i want to treat you like i said, so get some cake pops.
a| okay you can choose the cake pops.

he lifted my hand and kissed it.

he drove into the drive through and we ordered.

we got to the house and i held paytons hand.

we walked up the drive and the guy that was giving us a tour was stood on the porch.
guy| hey guys nice to meet you again.
he said to us.
p| nice to meet you too.

(time skip)
he gave us the tour, the house had; one kitchen, two living rooms, three bathrooms, one office, five bedrooms, a gym, two garages, and a dining room.
p| do you like it?
a| i love it!
p| we'll buy it.
he said to the guy.
guy| okay let's go fill out some papers and the house'll be yours.
he said walking into the dining room. he pulled out a file and took out some papers.

(time skip, a few hours later)
guy| so this house if officially yours, you can stay in it now or whenever you like.
he handed us two keys and payt said;
p| so my old house has been sold
guy| yeah once you move all your stuff out.
p| okay.

me and payt were moving our stuff into the new house and while he was emptying the stuff  he said;
p| i'm not gonna miss this house.
a| why not.
p| a lot of bad things went down here.

i sat down next to him.
p| my real dad use to abuse my mom.

(that isn't true, i don't know, it's just the fanfic!)

p| every time i turn my head and look somewhere i can just picture the time they argued there or when he hit her there, he was so abusive baby you don't understand, there's not one room he hasn't hit her in.
he teared up.
a| baby i'm here for you, i wish i could have helped but think on the bright side, he's gone now and your moms happy with someone she loves, she's a stong woman and i'm so proud of her for coming this far, it breaks my heart knowing you think about these touchy things, i love you please don't waste your tears on him, he's probably thinking about you faith and joanne right now dreading about how he wasn't a good dad, but that's what he deserves, he deserves to sit at home and think about the lovely people he l-
payton cut me off with a kiss on the lips, the kiss went on for a couple of seconds, we pulled away and he smiled.

i kissed him and we got up.

i smiled at him and he kissed my head.

we had just finished moving paytons stuff into our new house and it was time to move my stuff into the house which meant i had to go to my parents house..
p| if you don't want to go in i'll go and get your stuff
a| we'll both go.
he started driving to my parents house and when we got there we got out of the car and payton held my hand.
p| don't worry okay, i'm right here.
a| okay
p| look at me.
he cupped my cheeks.

he smiled and kissed my lips.
a| one more time
i whispered with my eyes closed and he kissed my lips two times, i opened my eyes and smiled at him.
p| let's go in.
we walked up the drive and got to the door.

i whisper back, i opened the door and walked up to my room, we started clearing all the things i need like my cloths, my makeup and my essentials, as we were doing that jaden walked in, he looked drunk.
ja| avery sissy i'm so sorry.
he was gonna fall but payton caught him.

ja| avy i'm so sorry.
he got up and hugged me

he cried into my shoulder.

he sobbed.

my parents came upstairs and payton pushed them out and locked the door.

he kicked the door down and pushed  payton.

he carried on punching payton.
ja| DAD OMG FUCKING STOP.
jaden pushed him off payton
ad| GET OUT! GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!
he yelled at payton.

i gave payton a hand and we were walking out of the room, i stopped and turned towards mike.

i picked up my box of things and left.

he said from the top of the stairs, me and payton turned back and i said;

ja| can i come with you guys.
p| yeah.
a| pack your things, i'm not planning on coming back here.

she hugged me.
a| you didn't do anything.

a| yeah when i say i won't be coming back here i really won't.
we pulled away from the hug and i went into the kitchen and grabbed a piece of tissue and ice, i gave it to payton and he put it on his cuts and bruises.

i smiled and kissed his neck, he was too tall so i couldn't kiss him on the lips, my dad walked out of my room and i said;
a| should we go sit in the car?
p| yeah.
he held my hand and we sat in the car.

he kissed me and the back door opened, jaden stuffed his stuff in and sat down.

p| my mom stepdad and my siblings moved to canada so me and bought a house together.
