Toni's POV
When I woke up, I felt drained. I moved around a little, before groaning in pain. It was then that I remembered what happened last night. They knew I thought to myself. My siblings knew what I do to myself. I opened my eyes, to be met with a plain white ceiling. I sat up, groaning in pain but soon getting over it. I quickly concluded that I was in a hospital room. Looking out a window, I could see that it was night time, but I didn't think it was the same day. I looked around, trying to find anyone who could tell me what happened. Coincidentally, a doctor walked right in, noticing I was awake, she smiled at me.
"I see you're finally awake," she pointed out.
"What happened?" I asked. At this question, the doctor's smile decreased slightly.
"Your siblings found you with several cuts on both your arms, some of these being quite deep. We bought you to the hospital and stitched your cuts and treated others. You lost a lot of blood, it was a miracle your sister found you then, otherwise we might have not been able to help you in time," the doctor explained, sympathy clear in her tone.
"Where are my siblings now?" I asked her.
"They just went out. They'll be here soon," she said with a smile. I smiled back. The doctor soon left, leaving me to my thoughts. I kept thinking about how I was going to explain what happened. They probably knew that the cuts were self-inflicted, but they would probably still ask me. That's when I decided whwt I was going to do.

Elena and Jenna came to the hospital not long after. I was greeted with hugs and sentences like "Thank god" and "We were so worried". Luckily for me, neither my aunt or sister had the guts to bring up what happened, so Jenna left to do something, while Elena caught me up with what happened at the game. Apparently, Tyler and Jeremy got in a fight, resulting in Stefan tearing them apart. Elena claimed she saw Stefan's hand get cut with a glass bottle, but when she took his hand, there was no cuts. Elena had quit cheerleading, which I thought was understandable. Mr Tanner had gotten killed by the wild animal that had been killing people, but this time it wasn't in the woods. Elena also told me about what happened at the dinner, and how Damon and Stefan both dated this one girl, Katherine, before she died in a fire. She asked for my advice on the subject, and I told her that if Stefan isn't telling her anything, it's probably because it's a spre subject for him to talk about, and she probably shouldn't push him to talk. After that chat, Elena left and I fell asleep.

I was allowed to leave the hospital the next day, but I had to take it easy, meaning no physical activities such as sport or sex. Aunt Jenna was clearly quite worried about me, so we compromised, meaning I wouldn't leave the house for one day and then I could continue as normal after that. The subject of how I ended up in the hospital didn't come up, and I hoped with my heart and soul, it wouldn't. Apparently, my family hadn't told anyone what happened and I asked them not to, which they thankfully agreed upon. The next morning, I walked down the stairs and into the kitchen, Elena by my side.
"Scum ball. Scum bucket," Jenna commented as we entered the kitchen. The TV was playing the news, where it was talking about how the animal which was the cause for the recent attacks, had been caught.
"Who are you talking to?" Elena asked our aunt.
"Him," Jenna replied, gesturing with her head, towards the TV, where Logan Fell was reporting the news.
"The news guy?" Elena asked, visibly confused.
"Also knows as Logan "Scum" Fell," Jenna answered. I smirked, predicting where this conversation was headed.
"Did your mum tell you why I moved away from Mystic Falls?" Jenna asked, proving my theory.
"Oh no way. You and him?" Elena asked.
"He's cute," I commented, smirking.
"He's not cute. There's nothing cute about him," Jenna denied, turning off the TV. I sat down next to Elena at the table. She bought out a box, filled with antiques.
"What are you doing with that?" Jenna asked.
"I got it from the safe deposit box," Elena stated. I stole the cup of coffee from Jenna's grip, causing her to scowl at me as I sipped the warm liquid.
"Mom told Mrs Lockwood she would loan it to the Founder's Council for their heritage display," Elena continued, polishing one of the things from the box. I handed the coffe back to Jdnna with an innocent smile as she rolled her eyes before failing to resist her smirk.
"Is that Grandma Beth's wedding ring?" Jenna asked, holding an old ring.
"Originally, it was great-great-grandma Mary's wedding ring," Elena informed while Jeremy walked into the room. Jeremy walked over to the table and inspected the antiques.
"How much do you think this stuff is worth, like, on ebay?" Jeremy asked, making me roll my eyes.
"You're not gonna find out," Elena stated, grabbing an object from our brother's hand.
"That stuff is mom and dad's. You can't just give it away," Jeremy told us.
"I'm not giving it away. It's called a loan, Jeremy," Elena explained. Jeremy opened the fridge and the doorbell rung.
"I'll get it," I told them, standing up. I opened the door to see Stefan Salvatore.
"Oh, hey Toni. Are you feeling any better?" Stefan asked.
"I'm doing better. One sec. ELENA CAN I BORROW YOU FOR A SECOND!" I shouted into the house. I knew full well who Stefan was here for. Elena came out the kitchen and saw Stefan. I smirked at them.
"I'll leave you two love birds alone," I commented, walking up the stairs and into my room. I layer down on my bed with a huff. I bought out my phone and played some video games, before getting bored and sitting up. It was the Founder's day party thing and because of the deal, Toni couldn't go. She dreaded this since it meant that all if her friends would be attending, including her aunt, meaning she would be alone in the house. She sighed to herself before turning on the TV in her room, which was across from her bed, and turning on her favourite TV show, which she was currently rewatching.
