Chapter 12

Justin's POV

To be honest I am nervous about tonight. I know I shouldn't because she is already my girlfriend but that doesn't help. If anything that makes me more scared. She seems happy so far but what if I say the wrong thing or make a fool of myself? I have tried to arrange the perfect night but what if she doesn't like it? I have a lot of money so I can get her almost anything she wants but I don't know what she wants.

"Are you gonna tell me where we're going?" Alyssa asked looking out the window. I laughed a bit and when she looked at me. I shook my head. She groaned and looked back out the window. The groan didn't sound aggravated but more a joking sound, I hope. I took another moment to examine her. She looked so hot in that dress. Her hair was impeccable and in all she looked fantastic. She looked amazing before but she needed to be a little more dressy than what she was wearing.

Alyssa's POV

After looking out the window for a few minutes we slowed down and pulled up to a very nice restaurant. It was so nice and formal.

"Here you are m'lady," Justin said opening my door. I didn't even realize he got out of the limo. He held out a hand as I got out. People on both sides of the entrances stopped and stared as two sixteen year olds got out of a nice limo and walk into a very nice restaurant. Some people even noticed it was Justin and started to freak out a bit. He seemed not to notice but I did and waved at a few of them. We got to the door where a man opened it so we could walk in. When we got inside it was even nicer than the outside. It was very romantic with its dim lights and beautiful centerpieces.

"Two for Bieber," Justin said to the female hostess. She looked at him in awe for a moment.

"Ri- right this way Mr. Bieber," she stuttered grabbing menus and walking out from behind he podium. We followed her and walked around tables with couples eating and talking. The restaurant was pretty quiet besides the live band playing low, romantic music on one side of the dining room.

"Here is your table," the hostess announced as we neared a table with a beautiful centerpiece and two chairs. Justin went over to a chair and pulled it out. I smiled at him and sat down. He pushed the chair in and went over to his own chair.

"Someone will be over to take your order for drinks shortly," she announced putting the menus on the table and walking away. I look at Justin and he looks back at me with a big smile. At that moment I realize I have nothing to say to him. I haven't even been to a restaurant this fancy. What do you even order at a place like this? Do they have normal soda or do they have only have fancy adult drinks?

"What are you gonna get?" Justin asked from across the table. I picked up the laminated leather menu from in front of me. I flipped around a bit until I found the drinks. There were a lot of alcoholic drinks but then I saw there were drinks like ice tea and raspberry lemonade.

"I'm gonna get a raspberry lemonade for a drink and most likely a steak unless I can find something better," I told him looking up from the menu. He was looking down at his menu also trying to decide what to eat.

"What about you?" I asked trying to keep conversation going. I was horrible at conversing.

"Hmmm... To keep things simple I may do the same. I don't know about you but I don't go to fancy restaurants like this on a regular basis," he said modestly. I was surprised since he was rich and could afford going here. I let out a much needed breath and laughed a little bit.

"Thank god you said that. I was scared I was going to make a fool out of myself. I figured you go to fancy restaurants all the time with dating Selena..." I faded off as I said that because I brought up Selena. I hadn't realized it but I was clenching a fist very tightly. Once I stopped clenching we sat in an awkward silence.
