"I hope the new skeleton would be someone easy to handle, I'm too tired for this."

Hickory pats your back as you had your head resting onto your hands. Black was seated far from you all, basically in a chair, while you, Hickory, and Blue were seated on your bed.

It was nearing midnight. Exactly 11:52pm. You had suggested equipping Steve, your trusty baseball bat. They didn't agree, as they say, and I quote:

"THAT'S A BAD IDEA." said Blue as you had Steve on your hands.

"AS FUN AS IT IS TO SEE SOMEONE PASS OUT, WHAT IF THIS SKELETON KNOWS A WAY BACK?"

"No..t... GooD.."

You had reluctantly agreed, so now you were nervous. God please have mercy on you and let it be someone from a peaceful timeline..

Your leg bounced in a rapid motion as the clock ticked. 11:59pm.

"I can't handle this."

You said, quickly standing up and running to the closet. The others stood up and was about to follow you when the bell chimed, and a thud was heard literally right behind you.

You quickly turned around and pushed the skeleton to the ground. Now you were straddling them as the bat was pressed on their neck.

You took a glance at the skeleton you had straddled and froze. Your cheeks heating up as your (E/C) eyes stared back at the skeletons supposedly eyes.

Holy fuCk yOu WeRent eXPecTinG hiM!

There, laying on the floor and being straddled by you was none other than Underpatch Papryus. Or as the fandom calls him Green or Aster.

You were frozen, as your mind ran with millions of thoughts with you internally screaming.

"Oh.. Hello There... Would... Would You Mind Getting Off Me?" Green asked, as the other skeletons came in his view.

"UH... HUMAN?" Blue called, yet you didn't respond. Your hold on the bat was tight but thankfully, Green was able to gently push you to the side,removing you from him.

"WHAT'S WRONG WITH HER NOW?" Black asked, pinching the in between of his eye sockets as Blue waved a hand in front of your face.

It took a few minutes, about 3 or so, when you snapped from whatever trance you were in and looked at Green.

"I'm so sorry! I just didn't expect you to appear! Not that it's not good or anything, it is good! I mean, no it's not good yo-" You had started rambling, the other skeletons sweatdropping.

"My Dear, It's Alright." You stopped, your cheeks heating up because you realized you had rambled and apologized again. He chuckled before you started explaining the situation.

He listened, nodding along to show he was following along. By the time you had finished telling the situation, he had a slight frown on his skull, as his eyesockets seem to be narrowed, seeming in deep thought.

"Ah, This Is Indeed Complicated. You Already Went To The Store Where You Have Purchased The Marbles?"

"Yeah, but the store wasn't there anymore. Like it never even existed, no evidence showing it was there in the first place."

He hummed, rubbing his chin.

"SO WHAT SHOULD WE DO?" blue asked. Everyone thought about it. They can't jump head on, this isn't a world where monsters exist. This was an unfamiliar territory to the skeletons, which makes them wary.

"Well, Based on the fanfics I've read, Maybe a machine to help you guys get back to your own universes."

"Really?" To which you nodded as you averted your gaze away from them and onto the ceiling.

"Yeah, there's a lot of reverse harem stories where sans, the one in the prime timeline, messed around Gaster's old machine and brought alternate versions of themselves."

"I Think I Might Be Able To Recreate This Machine," You returned your gaze towards the skeletons, catching Green's ,"As Long As You Are Able To Provide The Given Materials."

"IT'S SETTLED THEN. NOW, I'LL TAKE MY LEAVE." Black said, walking off. Hickory followed suit, but nof before giving you a headpat and left.

"COME, NEW FRIEND.." The last two left glanced your way, seeming to ask a question. "Oh, uh. Green." To which Blue nodded.

"ALRIGHT GREEN, LET'S GO! I MUST SHOW YOU TO THE BEDROOMS!"

With a soft click,the door was closed and the skeletons were now minding their business. You sighed, rubbing your eyes.

Seems like the gods gave you mercy, this time.
