Gone

I awoke to the sound of chirping birds and bees buzzing. When this happened I always knew it was gonna be a good day. I jumped out of bed hoping that I got off on the right side. I felt energized from all the sleep I had and immediately ran to my bathroom. I used the bathroom and brushed my teeth hard. I mouthwashed and spit out into the sink. Fresh. Next I ran over to my closet and opened it. I chose a blue tangtop, flowy shirt with a blue and white anchor on it. I slipped it on happily and took a pair of shorts out the drawer. I put them on quickly and smiled at my beautiful outfit. Next I pulled on a pair of low white socks, I looked through my closet and found my new Jordans. They had white, purple, and a bit of black in them. Cute. I struggled to put them on, but I managed. I ran back to the bathroom just to see my hair in a knotty ponytail. I grabbed a brush and roughly brushed my hair. It hurt, but I got my hair soft and wavy. I braided my hair in two braids. They went down to my waist and they shined in the sun. Finally I applied lotion to my legs, face, and arms and applied a small amount of clear mascara. Now that I was done getting ready I quickly ran down the stairs. My mom and dad glared at me and smiled. They liked how I looked. They both were sitting at the kitchen counter on stools. Waffles and bacon sat on plates like a buffet. They made my favorite breakfast food, BACON. I grabbed a paper plate from the butcher block and piled food onto my plate. I grabbed a plastic fork and started eating. We talked about California and how as soon as I was done eating Dad and I would take off in his red sports car. We would leave for the trip on the plane and soon enough I was done eating.

"Mom, I promise to call you all the time, remember the deal, I love you and I'll miss you," I said.

"I love you so much, I'll miss you!" she said to me. I gave her a hug and kiss on the cheek. Slowly we all walked together to the door, but as soon as she opened the door we were split. Dad's red sports car sat out in front. Right when I was about to leave I remembered the most important thing. I ran upstairs and grabbed my suitcase. I dragged it quickly down the stairs. Dad had departed and was sitting in the front seat. In one second I would be in his sports car, not with mom. I would be gone. I waved to mom as J reached the front door and she waved back. I dragged the suitcase across the pavement and to where my dad parked. The trunk was open so I stuffed my suitcase in it. I slammed it down and then went into the backseat. There I sat up and looked back at my house. I waved and blew my mom one last kiss. He started the engine and began to drive. Gone, I was now gone.
