In the castle of Palacio de Liberté, one girl was inside her room sitting on her chair ; drinking her tea. She was reading a book about love and freedom, she smiled when she read one line.
Alistair held Alice' waist, Alice wrapped her arms around her lover' neck as they swayed to the music.
"When will i experience this kind of love?" Helena sighed, "Oh father...why can't you give the freedom i wanted?" Helena talked to herself as if she was talking to her father.
A knock was heard, "Princess Helena...it's lunch time.." a faint voice said outside the wide door, "I will follow you in a minute" Helena replied.
Helena settled the cup down and took her ribbon, she putted the ribbon on the page she was on, and closed the book carefully.Helena stood up from her chair and slightly raised her dress so that she can walk in ease.
As the guards heard the princess' heels, they opened the princess' door and bowed at her. Helena smiled at the guards and smiled at the maid in front of her. "Let's go, princess?" the maid asked her as Helena nodded.
They walked down the hallway as the guards bowed at the princess. "Is father waiting for me?" Helena asked the maid, "He is still in his room princess, but he will come in a minute" the maid answered, while walking down the hallway the guards opened the King' door making Helena look and change her expression.
The king came out of his room his expression was as cold as the ice, Helena and The king locked eyes as they both looked at each other with cold eyes. The maid beside Helena bowed as a respect to the king, "The lunch is already at the dining area, King" the maid stated and stood up straight.
The king nodded as he went first with his guards following him, Helena snickered, "How come you are the king of the Liberté, Father?" Helena chuckled and rolled her eyes. Helena walked away, the maid and guards following her.
DINING AREA.
The king was already sitting on his seat as Helena sat on her chair, huffing. It just them in the dining area, sitting infront of a long table that was filled with foods. Helena held her utensils as the maids shower the foods to her, Helena took a few meat with vegetables on the sides, she smiled at the maids to let them know that she was done picking her food. The king looked at Helena, as Helena looked at him and forced a smile, she continued eating her food as her father also started to dig in.
The air was so awkward that Helena wanted to end this quickly, it's just their utensils clinking, but unlucky her, The king talked to her.
"Helena, when will you stop ignoring your father?" The king looked at his daughter who stopped eating her food and placed the utensils down, "If you gave me the freedom i wanted, i wouldn't ignore you like this, father" Helena looked at her Father, The king quickly changed his expression to an angry one.
"You know i'm doing this for your own sa-" The king was cutted off when Helena banged the table, "THAT'S ALWAYS YOUR ANSWER FATHER, I WANT MY FREEDOM, I HATE IT HERE I HATE IT WHEN YOU ALWAYS SAY IT'S FOR MY OWN SAKE FATHER, CAN'T YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT MY HAPPINESS, FATHER?" Helena screamed.
"STOP!! YOU ARE DISOBEYING YOUR FATHER!" The king screamed back, "YOU ARE THE WORST FATHER I CAN IMAGINE" Helena said making the king slap her, Helena chuckled bitterly when her father' hand made a contact with her skin. "I wish mother is still alive and i wish you are not my father" Helena looked at her father with teary eyes and stood up, "I lost my appetite...Father" Helena said emphasizing the word 'Father'.
Helena walked away, as the king furiously banged the table.
Helena ran towards her room with tears streaming down her face, the guards opened the door as Helena went inside, they closed the door as Helena sobbed, "I just wanted freedom father...why can't you give that to me?"
The maid entered Helena' room, "Princess, do you need some fresh air?" The maid asked Helena, "I can't go out without my father' permission, Eleanor" Helena said while looking down, "I will ask him-" the maid said, "He won't allow you, Eleanor" Helena said and looked at the maid, "He know me since he was a child, Helena, I'm one of the person he trust for you" the maid said and went towards Helena, she patted Helena' back and said, "Trust me" Eleanor said reassuring the princess.
Eleanor went out to ask the king as Helena waited patiently. After waiting for a half of an hour, Eleanor went inside Helena' room and gave her a smile, "He gave us 30 minutes to go out but if you go out for more than 30 minutes, he'll punish us both" Eleanor said as Helena smiled.
30 minutes was too short for her but atleast she will got see the outside world for the first time.
Eleanor opened Helena' drawer and took out a cream colored robe, she gave it to Helena as she took it. Helena wore the robe as they went out of Helena' room. While walking down the hallway Helena asked Eleanor something, "We don't have any guards following us?" Helena asked, "I asked your father to not bring some guards with us, so it's just us two, it took me a long time to convince him but i did it" Eleanor said making Helena smile.
The guards outside the castle bowed as a respect as Helena looked around with shining eyes, "So this is how it looks like" Helena murmured to herself.
"Let's go to the seashore, princess" Eleanor asked Helena who just nodded, they walked towards the seashore as Helena smiled widely.
"The seashore is pretty like how it's described in every story i read, Eleanor!" Helena said feeling all giddy, "It sure do, Princess" Eleanor replied with a smile seeing the princess all happy.
Helena ran around the place excitedly while smiling, "This is the best, Eleanor!!-- OW!" Helena who wasn't paying attention bumped into something...or someone, Helena fell on her butt making her hiss, "PRINCESS!!" Eleanor screamed as she ran towards Helena, "Oh my lord ouch-OH, I'M SO SORRY" the guy who Helena bumped with apologized and held out his hand out reaching for Helena who was still sitting, "Princess??OH MY I AM SO SORRY PRINCESS HELENA" The boy bowed, "No it's fine boy" Helena replied as she looked up.
Oh my who is this fine looking man infront of me?
Helena spaced out as the boy was awkwardly scratching his head, "uhm..princess?" the boy called Helena as Eleanor arrived, "Gosh princess! stand up" Eleanor said and pulled Helena up, "o-oh" Helena said and fixed herself.
"I am so sorry for bumping into you, mister" Helena said as her eyes shined, "What is your name, mister?" Helena asked the boy who was infront of her looking all shy and scared.
"My name is Dylan, princess" Dylan said and bowed.
