Parking my car in the reserved area for doctors, I left towards the entrance of the hospital. As I entered and walked to the way to my cabin, many doctors, juniors, interns wished me good morning which I returned with a wide smile.

"Good morning Aisha, is the patient here? Am I late?", I asked my assistant outside my cabin who was doing something on her laptop. She looked at me with a wide smile. This is what I want, wide smile on people's face seeing me.

"Good morning Dr. Annika! It's just 9:50 now, 10 minutes are left. Would you like to have your favourite ginger tea?", as she mentioned about tea, my mouth salivated. Tea and me has some other love story. Unexplainable!

"You know what I want at the moment. Kindly send a cup of tea with something to eat too and yeah, keep the sugar little much", I said making Aisha look at me with widen eyes.

"Doctor for god sake, you're a dentist! More sugar?", she said making me smile sheepishly. I'm a sweet and spicy lover! I just love spice and sweet!

"I know what happens, I take precautions. You please send extra sweeten tea in my cabin now", I said and hurriedly went inside my cabin.

Keeping my bag inside the almirah provided to all the doctors for their personal things, I wore my coat, my doctor coat, my first love. The girl who loves vibrant colours finds this white coat more colourful than anything. My name Dr. Annika Nanda was inscribed in a white batch attached to the left side of coat.

Smiling to myself, I settled down when a ward boy came and kept a plate of sandwiches and cup of tea. Saying him a thank you, I took the first sip of tea. Yum!! I'm in heaven.

I was enjoying my tea when I heard a knock on the door alerting me that it's work time. A little girl entered holding her mother's hand, another hand on the left side of her face.

"Hello", I wished cheerfully to which the lady wished back with a little worry. After all her babygirl was in pain. I kneeled down and looked at the girl who had tears in her eyes.

"Why's this pretty girl's beautiful eyes having so big big tears?", she looked at me sniffing a bit.

"Doctor she's a very bad habit of munching sweets and chocolates all the time. How much ever I try to stop her, she doesn't", the lady told me worriedly scolding her daughter a bit who looked down pouting.

"It's okay ma'am. After all she's a kid and I'm there to heal her", I said looking at the lady and then the girl.

"What's the pretty name of this pretty girl?", I asked looking at her, "muskan", she mumbled slowly because of the pain.

"O wow! You know the meaning of your name?", I asked to which she nodded, "smile", she mumbled again.

"Okay so let's bring back muskan's smile", I said making her smile softly. Picking her up, I made her on the check-up seat and bent down the chair a bit.

"Okay muskan! So you're a strong girl right?", I asked wearing my masks and arranging my equipments, she nodded, "then now I'll check your teeth to see who's troubling muskan, okay?", I asked making her nod again.

Switching on the light, I took my dental mirror to check the problem. Keeping her involve in my talks, I spot a small cavity in the right side of her molars.

"Okay so we've a teeny weeny cavity in right side of your teeth but you know what, we'll take it out in a wink, so is my strong muskan ready?", I looked at her and then her mother who nodded, she looked at her mother little scared who in return, held her hand.
