Okay I just wanted to explain the end if it wasn't clear.
Basically, Hange died from heart attack because of how sad she was. She couldn't keep on living without y/n and didn't saw a reason that she should still live. She would keep blaming herself on y/n's death even though y/n sacrificed herself to save Moblit.
When she dies, her friends understand. They understand why she died and even though they were sad, they knew she would be happy again in another place. A better one.
I'm just mad at the fact that it took me an hour to write this for it to be a 5 minute lecture lmao
