Chapter 6

         After a week Wei Ying was back for another appointment with his physicist. It wasn't anything fatal, he just needed therapy to recover from his injuries. A while back he was involved in an accident which was most likely planned by one of his many rivals.

        After his appointment Wei Ying decided to pay Lan Zhan a visit. The doctor that attended lan zhan when he was  unconscious told him that Wei Ying was the one who helped bring lan zhan inside the hospital.

      Lan Zhan remembered what happened  and also recognised the name from the card . He politely said, " Thank you, Wei Ying " while lightly shaking his hand. Wei Ying was surprised that he knew his name,  quickly realising it must be because of the card. Wei ying offered to have a drink in the hospital cafe to which at first he was hesitant but later on agreed, also to properly thank the gentleman for his help.

      They had coffee and seemed to be getting along really well despite metting for the first time. Wei ying was glad he agreed get his wounds treated at the hospital . With the empty cups taken away they had become friends and agreed to meet again. Apparently wei ying was more stubborn than lan zhan, not allowing him to pay. Both of them frequently visited cafes and restaurants in their free time, slowly becoming really good friends who've known each other since the start of time.

Lan zhan remembered how he could never really thank wei ying properly and decided to invite him over at his place for dinner. Something about cooking for wei ying made his eyes illuminate like a little kid looking at a piece of candy . Smiling affectionately, he went to text wei ying.
