Once again- swearing warning!
"Mak... are you sure you can carry all that?" Tilly questioned me.
My hands were stacked full with food I bought or made.
I twisted my head that was resting on a packet of chocolate fingers and laughed, "please, I'm a trained professional at carrying stuff. Do you know how often my mum needs help carrying food into the house?"
"I'm guessing often?" Daniel shouted down to us from the treehouse.
We looked to up to see he was still eating his ice cream and grinning down at us.
"Yes, often. Now help us with all of this Daniel!" I shouted back.
He finally popped the last of his ice cream cone into his mouth and licked the remains off his fingers.
"Why should I?" He asked goofily, still grinning.
Me and Tilly exchanged annoyed looks.
"Because..." started Tilly, "you've finished your ice cream. Your hands aren't full. So now we're going to pass all this shit up to you and you're going to lay it out!"
"Yeah!" I agreed, "wait... shit?" I looked at Tilly. "I made some of this stuff!"
"Uhhh," she looked worried, "and it looks so delicious!"
I rolled my eyes at her and we both laughed. Then we began to pass things up to Daniel who laid it all out.
Once we were done, me and Tilly climbed up the ladder and grabbed our sleeping bags from a compartment above.
"Alright! What are waiting for?" I asked.
Tilly and Daniel looked at each other, then back at me and shrugged.
I rolled my eyes, "come on, we're not wasting this. Dig in!" I laughed.
We all began to eat and just talk about our days. By the time we'd finished a lot of the food we were playing truth or day.
"Okay..." Tilly said slowly, creasing her eyebrows and looking seriously at us. I giggled at the sight of it. She continued, "let's see... Daniel!" She suddenly shouted pointing a finger at him.
"Hey!" Daniel shouted back, "chill out, I can hear you. I'm sat right next to you!"
Tilly laughed and pulled her finger back, "sorry. Anyway, truth or dare?"
"Truth." Daniel said surely.
"Aw come on dude-" I started.
"Nope nope nope," he interrupted, "I know what you two are like. I want to choose truth and that's final."
"Ugh, okay," Tilly rolled her eyes, "hmmm. Let's see... ooh! I've got one." She turned slowly to face him and stared straight into his eyes.
"Tilly, you're scaring us all," I laughed.
Tilly couldn't help but smiled, but carried on, "who do you, Daniel Ascarrfe, have a crush on?"
"Do you have to bring my last name into this," Daniel laughed.
"Yes!" Tilly laughed.
"Well," Daniel started. We both looked at him, intrigued. "My crush... is this girl named I'm not telling you." He grinned.
"Hey, that's not fair!" Me and Tilly said together.
I sighed, "the rule is you have to tell us."
"Nope," Daniel replied, shaking his head. "I'm going to sleep. So you can talk to me tomorrow." He laid down and faced away from us.
Me and Tilly rolled our eyes before Tilly grinned at me suddenly.
"What?" I whispered so Daniel couldn't hear.
"Look..." she picked up his phone, "we're gonna find out who he likes."
I gasped quietly, "for real?"
She nodded and opened his phone. We can all get into each other's phones, it's a thing.
She looked through his apps before checking out messages. And that's when we found out he did like some.
But who?
I'll be back soon :)
I mean... to those eight people who have read this.
