I heard voices but couldn’t see anything. “He currently has Locked-in syndrome which is a rare condition, for a normal human they can only use eye muscles, but for werewolves, however, can only hear and can only get this syndrome if they have had a traumatic experience during the first transition. This is quite rare as only a true alpha can get it,” someone was talking, informing the people around me, “How do you know if he really is a true alpha?” James’ voice asked.

“His eyes would be green when they glow.” The doctor responded.

“James, what is it?” mum sounded like she had been crying.

“Yesterday, at school I saw him and his eyes were glowing” James went silent.

“James” mum said carefully.

“They were…..green.” James explained.

“He’s awake” the doctor stated. I heard scribbling, he must have been writing on a clipboard.

“How can you tell?” James asked.

“Look at his ears. They’ve transformed.” The doctor announced.

cough, cough” I gasped. I opened my eyes, they felt different. Everything was red, then everything went normal. "Hey Isaac,” Ethan said putting his hands out in a surrender position while his came to sit down beside me. “Hey, I know you. My mum works with your mum don’t they. Ethan isn’t it?” I asked him. “hey, um, Isaac are you six?” Ethan asked cautiously.

“Yep, why?” I asked childishly

“Nothing, what’s wrong?” Ethan asked putting his hand on my shoulder.

“Ethan,” I gasped “Help me. Something is happening” I clutched my stomach and fell forward onto the ground. The last thing I remember was Ethan screaming for help.

I got up feeling fully refreshed. I got dressed in my perfect blue T-Shirt and denim jeans, it was a little chilly today so I grabbed my leather jacket. I departed the stairs and sat at the kitchen table. The doorbell rang, I left my seat to get the door. I went to turn the knob, I heard a heartbeat. I could feel Hamish, I opened the door and there stood Hamish. “Isaac, you’re awake” Hamish said looking strangely at me. “Yes, that’s what people do when they are not sleeping,” I said sarcastically, “What’s in the bag?” I asked curiously.

“Stuff for James, Luke and Charlotte will be here later. I’ll tell them you’re awake,” Hamish said “Where’s James?” he asked as he walked in.

“Don’t know,” I replied, I walked to the bottom of the stairs, “James, Hamish is here” I called up the stairs “Coming” James yelled back. After ten minutes he jogged down the stairs, he slowed when he saw me. “you’re awake” he said as he reached at bottom.

“Why do you guys keep saying that?!” I asked frustrated.

“Maybe because you have been in a coma, for the past month. Do you remember anything? James asked trying to help. “I remember going to school and you...” I stepped back pointing at James. The memory of the classroom flooded back. I turned and ran for the back door. I ran with lightning speed, I ran until I found myself in the woods.
